  1. Yeah, similar to what he did when Keegan left.
  2. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/wales/45559654 Incredible story really. RIP, Enzo
  3. Though it's perhaps worth noting that the amount of success a Prime Minister has in office appears to be inversely proportional to the degree to which you approve of their appointment
  4. People should just refer to him as 'Toad' from now on. Same goes for Trump

Walked past Gotham Town quite recently and I was amazed it was still open. Not been in for about 15 years and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned let alone redecorated in that time.
  7. I like Khan. He’s had a pretty good career but I just don’t see where he goes from here. Probably a knock out defeat to Kell Brook. Now he’s settled on welterweight he’s kidding himself if he thinks he’s going to do well in the division. There’s at least 5 fighters better than him (especially him now) in what is a particularly competitive weight class
  8. When you’ve got an owner with no interest in moving the club forward and a manager unlikely to stay beyond this season then there’s a real danger of apathy setting in amongst the players. Given we rely so much on well drilled discipline and team work to eke out results it could make all the difference in terms of staying up. Relegation is what the owner deserves like
  9. Mayweather fighting Pacquiao again before the end of the year

  11. Why's he getting fucking airtime on BBC Breakfast though?
  12. I struggled to watch more than about 30 seconds of his blatant lies tbh. I'd also struggle to spend that much time in one of his establishments
  13. The Weatherspoons bloke seems to think a no deal scenario will be fine because it will allow free trade so I wouldn't worry
  14. I just think saying Mitrovic is in form and scoring therefore letting him go was a mistake (which appears to be the crux of your argument, unless I've missed something) is a simplification of a situation which most other people on here seemed to have grasped is a lot more nuanced than that. As for the irrational obsession you're claiming, prior to this I can't actually remember the last time I disagreed with you about something on here. I did a quick search and nothing came up. No doubt we'll have had some disagreements but I couldn't find anything in recent months. Which is pretty much what I would have expected because we have very little in common and, consequently, most of what you post is of no interest to me.
  15. Aye, might as well have just had them confessing live on tv
