  1. He’s a good enough squad player for now and gets through loads of work off the ball when he’s not injured but he’s not technically good enough for where we want to be in the future. I’d be looking to sell if a bid north of £25m came in
  2. Humanoid mode activated. Malfunction - ABORT, ABORT, ABORT!
  3. has he ever been first on a big transfer story?
  4. i'll be absolutely gutted when he does eventually leave
  5. Who could have predicted that erecting barriers with your nearest and biggest market would hit trade?
  6. i'm not a vegan, for the record. but if i had the choice, i'd opt for a wine that didn't contain bone marrow, fish oil or crustacean shells
  7. sounds we have more crossover than you. we watched GoT, Breaking Bad, Sopranos etc together. But she's been known to chooses an absolute stinker
  8. i dunno, not as bad as rush, i'll give you that. but both were well past their best by the time they rocked up here and all three arrived as the entertainers team was being dismantled so i never took to any of them
  9. what kind of weird ass non-vegan beer are you drinking?
  10. thank fuck for that. Don’t want that miserable twat killing the vibe
  11. Did anyone about the fire at the aquarium the other day? Hundreds of tortoises and terrapins perished. A turtle disaster
  12. I went to the most violent chippy in the country the other day. …even the sausage and Cod got battered
  13. Well, there’s his badge kissing and the disgraceful way he brings his kid on the pitch. I’d have thought you, of all people, would know that.
  14. And One Day. Ugh, don’t get me started on that barrel of shite. The wife read the book years ago and loved it. I found the two protagonists terribly written. He was a walking cliche. She, a charmless dullard. I almost let out a cheer at the horribly signposted tragedy in the penultimate episode while the wife wept. So formulaic, so boring. Can’t believe I wasted two weeks on it. Classic compromise TV. The sort of thing you end up watching when you chose the last thing to watch together.
