  1. doesn't stop our mate deano does it? every fucking post he makes, he's telling us who'll be signing, for how much, how many goals they'll score and where we'll finish in the league. move over stevie there's a new psychic in town...
  2. i quite like that everton home kit. nice and simple retro styling.
  3. size is an awesome shop. have you been to the one on carnaby st? class selection of old school tops as well trainers. air max 95s are one of my favourites. had about 6 sets of those wheels over the years. my favourite being these limited edition 95 rastas
  4. “It would be foolish not to have a back-up plan, which we have, and that will kick into operation if Jose does leave.” pardew either saying he's a fool or kuqi was the our last attempt at a back up plan. shuddering to think who might be stepping in when jose goes on the last day of the window - nigel winterburn perhaps?
  5. he's got a good chance of being skipper at this rate, which is a depressing thought given that he wasn't good enough to make the first team for large parts of last season.
  6. I'm guessing that that could've been speculation on his behalf though. you'd have thought he'd have been on those scouting trips with graham carr given how much he seems to know about these new signings.
  7. exciting player though, according to CT
  8. i honestly can't tell which player i'm supposed to be watching.
  9. we haven't signed one of those players. The other two we know little about. Given we dont know how those new players will adjust to the premiership, I'd like to see them added to last year's squad. They shouldn't be replacing key players like Nolan. I'm excited to see if they're up to it but I'm not getting carried away. Were signing unproven foreign players here, not messi and ronaldo.
  10. so our new number 9 could be a player that was booed by his own fans last season? we're not giving it to shola are we?
  11. we were bottom 8 last season. there's a good chance the squad will be weaker than last season if enrique and barton follow nolan. as things stand 12-14th would be a decent finish. We were a last minute goal off 9th man Have some faith lad. And we still have big signings to come in. pardew alluded to one more last night. if we only bring one more in and the expected departures happen, we will struggle. don't forget, our finish last season was mainly down to the first half of the season - we did better with hughton as manager and carroll as our striker. even then i thought we did well to finish 12th given the lack of depth across the whole season. the first team was canny but injuries to key players and you wouldn't want to rely on the second string players coming in. i don't see that issue being addressed in this window. for every promising purchase - albeit unproven - like cadabye, i reckon we'll see at least one key player depart. cadabye is nolan's replacement, ba is carroll's replacement and for maraveux, who knows, maybe he's been bought in to replace barton or jonas. that's not how to build a successful premiership squad. these players should be coming in to replace the shite like lovenkrands, guthrie et al that shouldn't be anywhere near the first team.

  13. with the current squad, as it stands, i think we will be bottom 6-8 again. if we keep what we have and add three or four quality players, we could finish in the top half. if we sell more quality players like enrique and barton and don't replace them with better quality players then we will be in a relegation scrap again. the other crucial thing is we still lack numbers. we should be adding players and not letting any more go. we'll struggle with lack of strength in depth.
  14. pardew is a chump, ashley's a cunt and the amount of mugs posting on here has increased tenfold in the past few months.
  15. You're fishing now. honestly, i'm not. i just like loud old school trainers. not for everyone obviously. old school jordons do cost a bomb mind. a deadstock pair with box and hang tag can go for up to £2k
  16. behold....excalibur. jordon originlals in good nick go for big cash these days. any trainer collector worth his salt should own a pair.
  17. nike rule all. get with it yous
  18. Good championship player. Average premership squad player. But we don't have many of them so worth recalling
  19. All about the Nike kermits y'all.
  20. Shit fight from haye. Way too cautious. Klitscko is a very ordinary fighter but Haye never got near him. He needs to beca lot more agressive if he wants to fight as a heavy weight again. Can't see how he'd want to retire after that no show.
  21. Right now - fix up look sharp (dizee rascal) . Mixing into the groundbreaker (fallacy and fusion)
