the big city is appealing to a lot of people. london gates a lot of hate, sometimes justifiably so, but you will never get bored there. newcastle is a beautiful city but it is small and the weather will put off a lot of players, whether we like to admit that or not.

there's also the question of whether he actually wants to govern, or not. i suspect the latter because it's too much hard work. he's a campaigner, an effective one at that. i think his goal is to pull uk politics as far to the right as possible (something he has already managed to do) while having his say from the backbenches, or possibly the cabinet, as part of a coalition government.

i just tried to log on to that there discord page for the first time and I apparently I don’t have permission to view anything. Even when I finally reach the secret forum promised land after all these years, I still can’t find it. -
Reform are going to romp home aren’t they with both Labour and Tories haemorrhaging votes. 2029 might be the year to emigrate
-
If he had any balls he’d start the ball rolling on electoral reform because that’s the only chance of a progressive-led coalition in four years time. (Not the Starmer’s Labour have done anything particularly progressive). But he doesn’t, so he won’t.

This is great news for Reform

Good signing. Expensive but that’s apparently the going rate for a PL proven winger now thanks to Man U and Chelsea. And it finally puts the RW v CB debate to bed. £55m must be a canny chunk of our budget
-
Hope reckons it’s happening. They’d be mad to turn down £55m
