Sissoko's agent said the other day they're open to offers.
-
Your missing the point as I said Remy playing against Liverpool probably wouldn't have made a difference but its the LIES. It's 3 that we know of the players have confirmed they were fit to play yet Pardew LIED about them being injured.
-
Pardew should be pulled over the coals for this.
-
Class .
-
So basically if you sign for NUFC and fancy a shift off it'll be ok because the manager will lie for you. Or in Ben Arfa's case he'll lie about you anyway.
-
With all 3 players going on record to confirm their injuries were lied about. If the FA considered it serious enough could they deduct points for next season for bringing the game in to disrepute.
-
I suppose the big question is now this has gone public if the FA take any action towards Pardew, the players, or the club.
-
Lies, lies & more lies Lied about Cabaye not playing when he had the lip on about not going to Arsenal. Lied about Ben Arfa being injured when he said himself he was fit. Lied about Remy being injured for the Liverpool game. A few people saying it wouldn't have made a difference if Remy had played against Liverpool it probably wouldn't but that's not the point. It's the blatant lies I hope a journalist pulls Pardew up about it the next time they get a chance. I'd like to see him worm his way out of this.
-
That's the spirit it's fair enough he couldn't be arsed to play and him and Pardew lied about it what's fair about that.

http://www.themag.co.uk/the-mag-articles/loic-remy-alan-pardew-agreed-player-pretend-injured/ Remy & Pardew lied about him being injured for the Liverpool game if he was fit he should have played. Also if this is true and the FA get wind of it there could be repercussions, fines, points docked for next season etc

Newcastle United could face a fight to hold on to Mathieu Debuchy this summer. Sources in Italy have indicated to the Chronicle that Manchester City are eager to sign Mehdi Benatia for up to £25m from AS Roma. And the Serie A club will use some of the proceeds to lure another centre-back and full-back Debuchy to Rome, where he may well be re-united with his old Lille boss Rudi Garcia. The 50-year-old remains a big fan of Debuchy, but there is also interest in the right-back from Monaco, who can also offer Champions League football. Monaco have also been credited with an interest in Moussa Sissoko in recent days, according to reports in France. And ensuring that both of the World Cup-bound stars remain at Newcastle could be one of the first tasks on new Managing Director Lee Charnley’s schedule when the duo return to training in July. Both players have been granted an extended holiday due to their World Cup commitments with France. Monaco are currently managerless, but their continental internal structure means that a list of targets is already in place. Backed by Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, money is no object for the club and, with Monaco ready to kick on and challenge for the Ligue 1 title, players like Debuchy and Sissoko fit the bill at Stade Louis II. Just a year ago Debuchy shrugged off a move to Monaco. But that was when the player was settled and with his close pal Yohan Cabaye by his side at Newcastle. A year on and Debuchy has been linked with German giants Bayern Munich, while Liverpool are also thought to have run the rule over the right-back. Debuchy, though, is contracted to United until 2018 and with the player valued at £8m, Monaco and any other potential suitors would have to reach the asking price. Sissoko is on Newcastle’s books until 2019. Whether the pair’s stock rises during the World Cup remains to be seen. Debuchy and Sissoko have been handed extra time off after the World Cup and aren’t likely to return until later in July. They will miss the Magpies’ opening friendly game with Oldham Atheltic on July 15 and, depending on how far France go in the World Cup in Brazil, it remains to be seen how much of a part the pair play in the club’s forthcoming tour of New Zealand. The Magpies have also been linked with a move for 21-year-old midfielder Nampalys Mendy of Nice.

The agent of Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko won't rule out a move away this summer. Sissoko moved to Newcastle only last January. "The future of Moussa Sissoko? He has another year and a half on his contract at Newcastle and we are open to all proposals," declared agent Frederic Guerra.

Debuchy in demand A hoped-for reunion for with Yohan Cabaye at Paris Saint-Germain next season is now rated as unlikely by those apparently in the know - but the French full back may still make a return to Ligue 1. Having lost the title by nine points to PSG, runners-up Monaco have discarded their coach Claudio Ranieri and are set to embark on an overhaul of their squad - with Debuchy among those sought by a club who can offer Champions League football and eye-catching salaries. Shola Ameobi is poised to end his 14-year career with Newcastle after being targeted by Hull boss Steve Bruce ahead of their first-ever European campaign. As expected the Magpies haven’t offered the 32-year-old a new deal and the writing was on the wall after our final match of the season when Alan Pardew confirmed it would be his last game in black and white. And his next destination looks likely to be that of the beaten FA Cup finalists with Bruce keen to utilise the Nigeria international’s European experience to his advantage when the Tigers compete in the Europa League next season. We never thought a manager would cite that as a reason for adding Ameobi to their payroll but in reality he is the veteran of five Europa League campaigns (four of those in the old UEFA Cup format) and played in the Champions League under Sir Bobby Robson. In fact many of Ameobi’s most memorable moments have come in European competition. Who can forget when both Alan Shearer and Craig Bellamy were injured for the Champions League clash at Bayer Leverkusen and he stepped up to score two goals in a 3-1 victory. Not to mention his goal against Barcelona at the Nou Camp that same season. In fact he’s only second to Shearer (30) for goals scored in Europe having notched 15 times for us in continental competition. Little wonder Bruce wants him on board. Hope this makes things a bit clearer.

We haven't even got to the likes of Krul, Debuchy, Tiote, Sissoko yet it's vital we keep a hold of them. I think if any or all of them get to know of interest from other clubs they'll be away I can't see them needing much persuasion either.

Thought he was going to 'ull

Chelsea are after Remy Cabella now I guess thats us out the running. I think this is how it'll be in this window we may be linked to players but we'll be either out bid or the player/agent will see other clubs with better prospects. The club setting out their plans have probably done themselve's no favours. All this "the club will do its majority of business before the WC" seems a bit of a "damp squib" tbh if this second division Spanish kid is the best they can come up with we're going to be in trouble.

Five Newcastle players are up for sale with Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa and Massadio Haidara heading the list. French media organisation Mercato365 state that according to their information, Newcastle have made five French imports available, with Hatem Ben Arfa, Sylvain Marveaux and Gabriel Obertan competing the list. Thanks as always to Pierre, our top French translator, for keeping an eye on the situation over the channel for us. If the information out of France proves reality then it wouldn’t be the biggest surprise, with all five seemingly not in the manager’s plans as first choice players for one reason or another. However, what it would do is blow a big hole in Newcastle been seen as a preferred move for ambitious players in France, with careers brought to a shuddering halt via a move to Tyneside. While there had already been strong rumours/indications that Ben Arfa, Marveaux and Obertan were not wanted, the cases of Mapou and Haidara are strange ones to add to the list. Haidara has been given next to no chance despite looking head and shoulders ahead of the likes of Dummett in terms of ability, while Mapou has played all across the back four and never really been given a chance to stake a claim with a proper run in his true position at centre-back. In summary the players have made the following number of Premier League starts this past season; Haidara (3), Marveaux (2), Ben Arfa (13), Obertan (0) and Mapou (17). While Newcastle United aren’t the biggest payers in England, it could be very difficult for United’s French players to find new clubs back over the channel. While PSG and Monaco are privately financed, the rest of the French clubs struggle financially compared to their English counterparts, while an added problem is that the tax situation is far better for French players over here, rather than in their native country. The French honeymoon period looks most definitely at an end and there is an obvious risk of success stories such as Sissoko and Debuchy also been targeted this summer, as clubs look to recruit quality players like never before with the finances available.

Happy birthday Ant hope your having a grand day.

Remember lads when these new signings are mentioned we can't expect goal a game strikers, or lightening fast wingers, or a water tight defence. Because we've told what they're aiming for they'll go for mid table players who are cheap & cheerless that's why it's important we keep hold of Debuchy, Tiote, Krul etc. Because I can't see players like that queuing up to join us knowing what the score is here.

Apparently Man City are interested in Shawcross so that'll be that then.

Aye Europa league and all that.
