I had a drink with a Nolan sister last night. And possibly had too much gin to be awake and entertaining a Fraggle at this hour....

Stop starting the crappy, spammy, full-of-shit topics as I'm getting sick of deleting them!

This. Ultimately your child is the most important person in all of this and its inevitably that will involve some contact with your ex until your daughter is at least 16 years old. Your missus is being pretty unreasonable to not realise this as bring the case.

I was disappointed to find that it wasn't about Lightning McQeen and Mater.

I went to the Maldives a few years ago and we went night fishing. We sailed off the island in a little wooden boat at sunset and sailed out into the Indian Ocean for about an hour. We did some fishing, but on the way back the fisherman put all of the lights out on the little boat so we could see the stars. It was absolutely incredible. I've never felt so overwhelmed or insignificant in my life - it was amazing.

I think even I will give this a go! Shame it uses so much 3G data though cos it would have been ideal for peaceful nightshifts.

Surely yours should have simply been Smooth Operator! -
I see babies born most nights that I work but I'm only involved when it's an emergency situation for either mother or child. It's by far the best part of the job when things turn out well, which is 99% of the time, but the worst when it doesn't. It's always a privilege to be there though and I still occasionally shed a tear even after 10 years - it's usually the dads crying that sets me off

Jeez, the thought of anyone doing that at the minute is unbearable

Not as effective as an oral formulation but means you dont get the stomach side effects associated with all NSAIDS. If its a muscle then anti-inflammatory is what you want. Yeah - have had brufen but it's not doing anything.

Attractive! wykiki - no, I don't have a chiropractor. It started about 3 days ago and I thought I'd just slept funny but it's getting stiffer each day. Probably because I'm holding it stiffly as the pain is horrible when it catches me. Might speak to one of the docs at work tomorrow night.
-
Can anyone confirm the merits of anti-inflammatory gel for muscle pain? I've got pain in my shoulder blade/up my neck and it feels muscular cos when I (very slowly!) move my head forward I get heavy 'pulling' pain down my neck and into my back. Painkillers aren't doing anything and it's driving me mad. Never really rated gels for pain relief but need to do something.

You dressing up as him and standing in the bath? Crown on. Seaweed draped over your shoulders. Fully vexed. Now we know what the diet's for. She can dress up as the Little Mermaid and CT can give her a thorough telling off
