I kept a travel blog when I went to Africa in October and really enjoyed it. It also means I've got a permanent diary of my trip online and it's canny to read back from time to time. It was on a designated travel site so it's not much use to you like, but I just thought I'd put my two pence worth in....

You're just peeved at that memo that came round all the nurses saying you have to undo your top 2 buttons when you're on duty. A little more professionalism from you wouldn't go amiss young lady. Seen a lass yesterday sitting upstairs in the trent, opposite the door, who had obviously took this on board. Blue jumper with her Kazongas squashed into it like nobody's business. TBH she must have used KY to get it on or had a friend help her. You should have introduced yourself Had to make a sharp exit before I became transfixed tbh Understandable

I don't have any buttons on my uniform cos I wear theatre blues, but sometimes if I wear one that's too big there's always the risk of the v-neck showing more than is professional if I bend forward! When I was a student our uniforms were white nurses dresses with press studs which were an absolute nightmare if you got your dress hooked in a door handle...
