I don't have any buttons on my uniform cos I wear theatre blues, but sometimes if I wear one that's too big there's always the risk of the v-neck showing more than is professional if I bend forward! When I was a student our uniforms were white nurses dresses with press studs which were an absolute nightmare if you got your dress hooked in a door handle...
