    first thing I had to do when we moved was spend £15k on having the old septic tank collapsed and a new one put in. bloke was in there with a small jcb for a week and completely destroyed the garden by the time he'd finished. looked like fucking glastonbury on a really, really muddy year. still looked better than downie's mind.
