Pardew - two players max to come in during the January window
Kitman replied to Monroe Transfer's topic in Newcastle Forum
Isn't he a right back though? Might make sense to sign a new left back and play Santon on the right. -

huh? Carroll's career in so far in Liverpool =

Certainly looking that way. Especially if you say we've replaced him with Ba, a free transfer. Mind you would have been nice to see the money spent on the squad.

The correct answer to sell her down the river. If your boss won't listen I'd escalate it. -

I doubt anything Pardew has to say on the matter in the press makes the slightest bit of difference one way or another. His comments could conceivably be directed at fringe players who want to leave, for instance Harper and Lovenkrands. I think in reality everyone is up for sale to the "big clubs" these days at the right place and it's not just us. If someone comes in for Tiote in January for megabucks I reckon he'd be gone (tbf he'd probably want to go too), the question is then who we could get in his place. -
I can't believe it's still going

Would be hilarious if we won this. Not that I think we will. Take that Liam Gallagher!

I don't know if it's changed but it used to be the case that a full time employee could be easily dismissed if they'd only worked a short time (can't remember the period).......but after that you have a lot of rights and can't be sacked without a series of warnings etc...being sick is esp not a sackable offence iirc. Well worth getting some advice if you've been there ages. Anyway sorry to hear about this and good luck with it

Blatter: Racism should be sorted out with a handshake
Kitman replied to Gemmill's topic in Newcastle Forum
The irony is that in not wishing to rock the boat, Blatter has detonated a ton of TNT under it. Good, I hope it brings him down, the stupid old twat. My sense is that racism is rife in football all over Europe and no doubt beyond. And FIFA sit at the top, a bloated outfit unfit for purpose, serving its own interests and those of its senior figures, with no interest in tackling the real issues. I doubt anyone in FIFA is more self serving than Blatter, whose chief focus over the years has been to preserve his lucrative hold over the top job. Incidentally Blatter is Swiss. Say no more. -
As I've been wrong with most of my predictions this season I forecast a comfortable win for Citeh

What better way to start your day than an interesting economic debate....... -
I'd miss NZ seeing as I live there. Australia would be OK though

Me too. Mong dancing was a better description.
