Good on you Rafa. Let's hope Stoke can rough up that fat slob, if so they may well be in trouble. What I wouldn't give to see Fat Sam's Blackburn circling the drain.

The Arse one is passable, Liverpool's looks good although it doesn't need the red, Man U's and Chelsea's are shocking as I stated before, and the City one looks absolute gash - the shade isn't bad, that's one of my favourite colours, but the white on the top of the sleeves and the blue stripes/panels/wtf are they are awful. Be nice if we heard something on ours.

We live in hope as always but I can't see us getting anything out of this game. If we're still missing Enrique, who absolutely locked Lennon down in the opposite fixture, we could be in for a rough time. -
Truly godawful.

Futurama quote? Spot on though. He's one of the only ones that looks like they care but its obvious he's pretty much past it now. Bible quote you mean? -
I really doubt Barton will contribute anything at all this season. He's better than Nolan at least.

I'll give that to Butt. His spirit is so willing but unfortunately the flesh is weak. Unlike these others, I think he actually realises we are in a fight for our lives. When the others are hiding, he steps up to try to create, which unfortunately he isn't very good at. He has a go off the second ball from corners, for example - he almost always sends it way over, as he did on Sat, but at least he is still trying. This is a guy who we were booing not long ago and now seems one of the main sources of drive and leadership in the team. He's come a long way in my eyes and I'll be sad to see his spirit leave the club, if not his ability. -
Reading that article above from 2005, it says something like 'we could've offered Ameobi as part of the Luque deal.' ...Missed out on an opportunity I think there

The battle will be won or lost based on our 3 home games imo. Any away points are bonuses. We beat Pompey, Boro and Fulham or we go down. If we beat Pompey and Boro and do get the point at Spurs, which I can see happening if we play a little more like NUFC 2nd half against Stoke rather than 1st half, Fulham won't loom so large any longer, depending on other results. But for sure, anything but a win against Portsmouth will be the signal for true panic. Considering they're the same side we trounced 3-0 away, I have to look at that game as a target we can achieve.

It's just sick how much this sad tiresome wannabe flails around on here looking for validation. Unfortunately he also succeeds in derailing plenty of our threads like this one. Getting back to what's great about Newcastle United: Seeing SBR in the stand. Going into sport shops in the USA and seeing five Premier League kits: Man U, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal...and NUFC. The belief, every time we seem to be on the up, that somehow this time we're going to get it right.

From http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/europe/7997363.stm If Shearer decides to go back to MOTD (or, you know, turns out to be crap, although I don't think that's going to be the case)...

FYP You're right, 8th favourite cockney team. (big 4,, Charlton, AFC Wimbledon, Dagenham & Redbridge). You forgot Leyton Orient like. At least Spurs have the distinction of being less distasteful than Millwall.

If they go out the UEFA which I'm sure they will on thursday, he probably won't last that long. I think a new poisoned chalice has been born.

Considering the absolute shower of shite that was yet again served up in the first half, point has to count as a decent result. Subs really saved the day, but again it begs the question of why Jonas wasn't starting. Surely Carroll should start next game, no doubt about it. With any luck we'll have S. Taylor back for Spurs and we can forever banish Ryan Taylor from the first team. -

Take Nolan off and shoot him, then put Jonas on, Butt and Guthrie in the middle, Duff and Jonas on the wings. -

Oh by the way, did I mention that we really needed to sell Faye behind Keegan's back? Did I mention what a great idea ignoring Keegan's advice to buy another left back was, so we could put our best player out of position and watch some piece of shit academy player, playing in his position, give Faye cubic yards of space? -

Draw will do me. Disgraceful dive from Neville over at the SOS. Because Man U are pure class

be handy if we could sneak an extra man on like Why not, we play with 10 every week anyway with Coloccini starting. 1-2 to us. We can do it! -
Just visit the East Coast bawan man, you're wasting your time anywhere else. Everything west of Pennsylvania could sink into the ocean tomorrow and I wouldn't bat an eye. Start at NYC (forget Boston, it's a shithole) and work your way down to Florida. Kurdistan isn't a country yet and probably never will be (argument for another thread I know), but you're better off telling people you're from there as they'll have no idea where it (supposedly) is.

I think this was tongue in cheek mate...as was my response. People need to take things less seriously. I wrote my post without seeing yours (I also have you on ignore and have had for months, so I couldn't have even seen it in the last 10 posts feature) as you can see from the timestamps. Just goes to show how sad and predictable you really are. Also, don't pretend like you haven't constantly tried to have a go at peasepud over NUSC since Shearer's appointment.

NUSC are useless now that we love Ashley again, that's why peasepud had the time to make this video, blah blah, some other boring predictable shite, he's obviously r@cist, obsessed. ... But seriously, if things have gotten so bad that the site's owner is now advocating that all users put him on ignore, there's a much easier way of ensuring members won't have to put up with him in future.

So Smith was commanding in a reserves game? Big deal. You've seen every PL appearance of his for us, right? He shouldn't be getting a game unless all of Guthrie, Butt, Barton, Nolan and even Geremi are injured. You say we shouldn't persevere with something that's not working, but you advocate going back to something that's proven not to work instead. And yes, we should stick with Harper, because there's no sense in dropping a keeper who's done nowt wrong in the middle of a relegation scrap.
