And Thiaw, I don't know enough about him to say he's an improvement on Schar, but he's improved our squad and he's young enough to become an improvement on Schar with Howe's work. If you look at the spider web chart thing of Schar and Thiaw, Thiaw is ahead on the vast majority of metrics.
