I think it depends what you mean by get away with it. He's never gonna face any criminal charges or anything (should that turn out to be appropriate), but I think he already isn't getting away with it. This scandal and the fact that he's all over it has already totally fractured his whole movement and broken the spell he held over the Republican party, in terms of his ability to exert total control. He's now in a position where everyone knows he's trying to cover up his role and relationship with Epstein. Every action he takes beyond this point will be viewed through that lens, and papers will continue to leak to underline this fact. I think by the time this has all played out, his control over Republicans will have dissipated even further, and any hope he has of upending the constitution and running again would end in defeat for him anyway.
