Don't know if was cabbageheed's decision or the back 3 worked it out themselves but I think playing Schar as the centre of three was a brilliant decision and helped his game. Clark being the organiser in the back was able to keep him in check positionally and we all know he's got the ability as a player. Also having FF on the right of the back three helped keep that side tighter as with Schar and Yedlin together they tend to lose positional sense leaving a gaping hole where our rightside of defence should be. Whatever we paid for Clark has been a bargain, when fit he should be first defender on the teamsheet.
