He doesn't seem to have lost much (if any pace) so would do the same job as Obertan but with a lot more talent, I just think Pardew has him lined up as a forward which is a bit trickier to slot him straight in with both who currently occupy the positions playing very well.

Some harsh critics on here, he does miss chances but he has something like 9 goals in 12 premier league starts. I wouldn't consider that someone who is nailed on to fluff chance after chance. I still have my doubts and he needs to do it a lot longer before I am confident of his ability but it's stange seeing people question his shooting and play based on his Newcastle career so far.
