I think he is worth the £20m given the current market but I can see why it might be better to get him in on loan just to make sure it wasn't a purple patch then buy when he has proven it. That said, we wouldn't spend the money after the loan anyway.

Watched his dvd, unfortunately he does a lot of the tricks over and over. Still a decent watch though, could have been half the length.

What about the Arsenal game where he scored two (not his fault the linesman was blind)? Or the Birmingham game when he bullied their defence? He looked good in most of the games he started last season tbh and from the sounds of last night he is keeping on track even if it was a friendly. Would be a mistake to let him go unless we sign two quality forwards which won't happen.
