    This ?

On the other hand, we didn't have all these problems before we let all these foreigners in Mind you it's not so much the people as the religions that cause the violence and stupidity, get rid of the religions problem soved
  3. Gillette Sensor Excel with Gilllette Series sensitive foam followed by Nivea aftershave balm, works well for me... though these days I only tend to shave my neck every day. I find it's always best to shave prior to having a shower then putting the balm on when you get out - washes the blood off if there is any and opens the pores enough to help calm things down.

    Green Poo

Green poo? Nice... usually means an upset stomach/bowel in animals, probably the same in humans.
  5. Supposed to be at it's worst in the SE and Midlands... I'm near Peterborough at the moment and there's bugger all here yet. With any luck it'll be bliz-like this evening and I won't have to go to work in the morning!
  6. Yank armed forces = thick cowboys tbh, they need us Brits there for the inteligence side of things, all the Americans do is charge around gung-ho shooting anything that moves. Biggest bunch of numpties in the West.
  7. And leaving the squad thinner than it already is? Sibs was a good player prior to moving to Man City, he just didn't click there as happens sometimes with players. The fact that he can play as a forward or midfielder just make him that more useable in a squad, especially one as weak as ours. We should be concentrating on getting players in rather than out. He was a good player before he joined Man City, was he? Well he wasn't very good there, and he doesn't look much cop here either (sorry, but he's mediocre, had a nice run when he first got here). Yes, we should be concentrating on getting players in, but not mediocre ones. This lad was a stop gap and we are about to extend his stay to THREE YEARS man. I can't believe people are rationalising this as a good move. It's a shambles. As for leaving the squad thinner than it is - no, you have 3 months in the summer to remedy that. I'm not talking about spending megabucks, but keeping bad players at the club is not the answer either. Don't get me wrong, I can see where you're coming from, I'd love to see better players brought in but from what we've seen it's unlikely that the club has either adequate funds or the wanting to spend. Players like Sib fill in the gaps in the team where depth is needed, and be fair, he's not as bad as some of you are making out. For the time being, with the state the club is in and the cloud of takeovers hanging over any buying decisions it's a cheaper option to keep someone you've already got on your books and it's probable that Sib's not being paid much either. He makes up the numbers, we are a very bare bones team so I don't see the problem with keeping hold of a player like him until we're sorted out - and lets face it do you honestly see that happening in thenext 2 years? Unless a miracle happens we're a mid table team as much as I hate to admit it and beggars can't be choosers - IF we could get rid of Fat Fred and bring in a decent manager then we might get somewhere...

  9. Most teams tend to work on strength in depth, Sibs has done enough this season to warrant being back up. I don't see the problem, if we didn't keep him we'd just have to sign someone else as cover and with him being at the back end of his career he's probably a lot cheaper for a club with no money like ours to fill in when needed.
  10. He wants to come back to the Toon tbh
  11. ......you mean the bits of culture it didn't plunder from other countries? Slightly off topic but it amuses me how it's okay for Scotland to be patriotic, Wales, any other country but if you say I'm proud to be English it's seen that you're probably racist and you have to have everyone else's cultures forced down your neck or risk being racist about that as well. I'm just curious really but I wonder how many English designed, Church of England churches have been built in countries like Pakistan? It's interesting that this country is apparently based on racism but yet some would have you believe others are not. It is ok to be patriotic and English imo. Saying it isn't is just a myth perpetuated by the right-wing bad-dooers. Huzzah! Joke with a serious point though. People say you can't be patriotic yet at every World Cup/Euro Championship the St. George flags are everywhere. Ok, so you might get the odd council stupidly trying to ban this but that's often made up by the likes of the Daily Mail and when it's not it's condemned in all quarters (by patriotic people, surely). Also, look at the reaction (on the very rare occasion) we win something - the Rugby World Cup, the Ashes. We're dead patriotic in England and those who say we aren't allowed to be now tend to be kidding themselves that white, working class English people are somehow oppressed in their own country. You mean we're not?!

  14. No wonder this country's lost it's own culture, I don't advocate abusing people but the mountains that are made out of mole hills these days is astounding
  15. Pissy wankflaps, I had a really good response typed out then and the damn thing fouled up! Bah! It's a conspiracy I tell thee!
  16. The point is whether or not the comments were racist. Well IMHO calling someone a Negro out of anger is racist. It is a comment meant to hurt. It's not nigger, though, which has definite negative connotation. It'd be the difference between Pakistani and Paki, I guess. So where is Negro then. I know calling someone a Pakistani is saying where they come from. How does that equate to Negro? Negro essentially means the same as black. It's in no way derogatory. Paki means someone from pakistan so I am assuming you dont think that is racist either? Negro is neither Turkish nor English for black so why use it. It was a stattement based on someones race intended to cause emotional distress. Can you prove that? Besides, calling a Scottish person a Scot isn't racist so how is calling some from Pakistan a Paki? Just an excuse for people to whinge or get sympathy imo. What about calling a Welsh person Taff? Or an Irishman Paddy? I don't see these folks getting a stress on about it. The problem is all the lefty do-gooders that jump on the bandwagon to say "Oh you can't say that about this person it'll offend them" when the actual people involved don't give a sh*t. The leftys just wind people up and cause the conflict.

I know calling someone a Pakistani is saying where they come from. How does that equate to Negro? I think Emre using the word 'Negro' has been taken out of context though. What he's saying is probably true, for example I have a black ink cartridge sat on my desk at work with negro clearly printed on the side - it's not racist it's the colour of the cartridge in a different language. Therefore Emre using the word negro is no worse than saying black. Now, if Emre said Yobo was a "F*ckin Coon" it'd be a different matter. I don't think he's racist and I also think if Everton and Newcastle see fit to leave this be I don't see why the FA has to blow it all out of proportion. It'd be sad to see Emre go over a misunderstanding of translation and the PC brigade jumping in on it.
  18. Seems like a nice bloke, hope he keeps up the good work and stays with us
