Neither of the Hunt's are good enough in my opinion. Beggars can't be choosers, especially whilst where in this situation. Stephen Hunt will be a decent signing, his brother isn't worth a mention. If we can get Hunt on a reasonable fee and a 20k contract, I reckon he'd be worth a punt. Noel Hunt is a better player than Stephen...although that's not actually saying very much. Out of interest, how come you let Murty, Hahnemann and Lita go on free transfers (sodje too but he was total crap right?). If we're actually going to be run a a shoestring budget this summer we really should snap up Lita and maybe Murty as well, regardless of the fact we have no manager. Must admit I was quite surprised when Hahnemann left the club, he's a good keeper. Nearly 40 though so I can sort of understand the reason he was let go. Thought I'd give this another go given their recent press.

Made the best pasta for the Mrs last night as it was our 18 month anniversary ( ). I had this stuff in America at an italian bistro, and it was absolutely delicious, so I tried to make it myself. Sauteed some red pepper in a pan with garlic, then added about a glass of white wine (the restaurant used Marsala wine but Iouldn't find it, so had to make do). Then once that was simmering I added plenty of fresh spinach leaves. Cooked for about a minute then poured in a generous amount of double cream (I might see if single would work just as well in the future), before stirring in a few spoonfulls of grated parmesan. Oh aye, also threw in a few sprigs of thyme and chopped parsley as the thing was cooking. Salute.
