1. Erm... Still better though. Then we can have Nedved for a couple of years, and that should be fine by me.
2. Didn't want him anyway. Nedved's also a better player.
3. Tony Adams could join Alan Shearer with the coaching staff next year. Not sure he'd be that good but should hopefully be better than Mark Lawrenson. But nah, Alan will instead of make a living sitting on a sofa with his favourite guys, while trying to attract Alan Hansen with his tight trousers when there's an England match.
4. It is ancient, but it's funny - sure you've heard of the "miserable failure" as well.
5. Another "future England boss" could be in contention, in Alan Curbishley...
6. Not still making a career playing for our reserves, is he?
7. I don't know why this was made public so late on, as his form has been bad for ages now. I've actually had doubts this is the exact truth too - a few weeks ago, reports were that he had an "ill friend", but now it seems a lot more serious as it's his wife and child. He shouldn't be playing, but Souness likes him a lot and sees him as a strong leader, with a lack of other options in defence. Jean-Alain, my thoughts are with you and your family.
8. Don't see what's so funny tbh. I was talking about Michael Chopra anyway.
9. England's future top goalscorer tbh.
10. 46 - 13 (Portsmouth, 18th) = 33. Portsmouth can get 33 points from 21 games. But of course that won't really say anything. Anyway need not worry about such statistics.
11. Sunderland are also not out of the title race....
12. The very fact we carry a goal thread when he plays takes defensive pressure off the entire team. It also gives players an extra option (or at least an option) when they are in possession. The stats are still remarkable though. 69848 It's true, Bramble has an extra option where to pass, after out of play. Also the morale-booster type thing.
13. Doing a good job so far though 69861 Well if he's now match-fit and Ameobi is playing ahead of him, then there's something more to it. Whether that's him playing badly, we'll see.
14. Not exactly had much time to prove he's a flop tbh.
15. I still don't think sacking him now would be a good answer, even if he is not good enough. The team is on a high after two good results, and a sacking of the manager (who the players tend to like) may spoil it. Obviously, it wouldn't happen anyway.
16. Owen's just so tall he can't get his head on the ball, so it hits his shoulder instead.
17. Poor man's Crouch tbh. Couldn't afford the extra foot.
18. Bit like Repka then - thinks he's the boss of the defence, yet he makes most of the mistakes.
19. You are as rare as a wombats wingnut. 3 people.
20. All he does is make jokes about our defence, being a fomer defensive coach. A pretty crap one mind - which is why he is a pundit as he can't get a job as a coach or manager etc.
21. Jason Roberts 68805 Isn't he Jamaican? And Zamora may be playing for Trinidad and Tobago soon. Or you may just be making a joke... whatever. Andy Cole and Darius Vassell will be our makeshift partnership. Sheringham as supersub.
22. Crouch's first goal was taken very well IMO. Like to see Ameobi follow tips from the master.
23. You really don't think Parker is worth a place? Also i would class Wrigth-Phillips as a midfielder or attacker, IMO he would do a better job up front than Defoe 68592 Oops, he was one of the first names down. I could have sworn I was looking for one midfielder too many. Thanks for reminding me I must have deleted him by accident - I'd take him over Carrick.
