I think the club are in the eviable position of being able to dictate the terms to the player- he won't get a better deal anywhere else. I see Bramble as a third centre half (as in reserve, not 5-3-2!) with Taylor and Mr Newplayer as the first-choice pairing. I hope we dont wheel out a long-term contract on huge wages. Two years would be sensible.

The BNP have a place in our democracy and they are entitled to speak. Thankfully (in my opinion) that place is limited as they represent the views of a very small minority and provoke such stong opposition in the majority that they can never be more than a dot on the landscape. Some groups try to censure the BNP but I say let them speak- they will put off more voters than they will attract.
