1. dressed as a clown? 182042 Aye, that's the one. Not sure if it was fancy dress or not tbh. 182044 On his way to a foam party to meet Craig tbh. Of the two Gol was the better dressed. 182047 Fuck right off - he was in drag, not dressed as a clown!

Look!!

Can picture you doing that tbh... Still, could always have some fun and try to hypnotise the cats!
3. Tis totally true apparently... They were all set to accept a £10m offer for John Terry as well if rumour is right 181979 From us. 181980 Was it? Bastard-fucking Abramovich!

5. Likewise I'm no expert - guess Gemmill will have more knowledge than most...
6. The ultimate case of pot calling the kettle black!
7. He's managed to get a work permit in another EEC country so surely we shouldn't have any problems on that score... Mind you, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if NUFC have overlooked that minor detail!
8. We would be if we didn't have so much debt. Don't think Villa are too badly off for debt. 181665 Does that count though? One of the Chelsea fans I work with says CFC was sold for £80m but that Abramovich also took on the £200m+ debts that the club have. When we talk about 'market value' do we simply mean the value of the business or how much in the black they are?
9. I think it's a nice gesture too - wasn't knocking it, merely informing. Don't know if it's right to do a rendition of "Walking in a Robson wonderland" but I'm sure Glenn would appreciate where they're coming from if they do..
10. N-O trying to arrange a salute on Thurdsday night.... http://www.newcastle-online.com/newcastlen...t=&go=headlines
11. The BBC are claiming that Anelka is stating he will join Bolton. I'd have taken the risk and tried to sign him tbh...
12. I read somewhere over the weekend that our market valuation was £82m... I thought we'd be worth more than only £20m more than Villa tbh.

Cheers mate - didn't sleep to well last night, kept having the recurring nightmare of going to get the foot from the verge then going back to the riders and noticing that they were my kids.... My hat goes off to traffic police who have to deal with shit like this day in, day out - I know I couldn't do it

Would probably be in a mess, but alive, but in jeans, t-shirt and trainers you'd probably be a red streak down the middle of the road. 181601 Pretty much what I saw today - put it this way, denim shreads - as does the skin underneath

Decapitated? on a motorbike? 181589 Well this girl today lost her foot with what the paramedics were saying was probably contact with the ground and her not wearing appropriate footwear.

It's instinct I guess. Part of me was wishing I'd gone the other way home but then humanity takes over and you just want to help as much as you can. Horrible feeling that walk from my car to the scene though. You just know what you're going to be coming face to face with is not going to be good...

If any of you lot on here own motorbikes, then I hope to hell you've got full leathers and safety kit and if you haven't, I urge you to go out and get them before you get back on a bike. Was passed by a biker today and a couple of minutes later I went around a corner to find the same bike on its side in the middle of the road with the rider and pillion passenger thrown a good twenty feet from it. Both were wearing helmets but were in jeans and denim jackets - the rider had Cat boots on but the female pillion passenger was wearing white trainers - we had to go an recover one of her feet out of the verge. We did all we could to stem the flow of blood with tourniques but she sadly died soon after the ambulance arrived. The rider was taken away in a critical condition. I grew up with my Mam telling me she'd never let me get on a bike and have heard many a horror story. Now I've seen one myself, I'm not sure I'd ever want to get on one
21. I think there's a market there you know.... If the writers of FM have anything about them, they'd make some 'historic packs' of seasons past (in a similar fashion to the way The Sims has expansion packs..
22. Doesn't sound good at all! Get well soon Bobby.

24. I have to agree totally. The likes of Abramovich, Lerner & Gaydamak are running their respective clubs on what appears to be personal wealth and consequently their primary objective is to improve the football on the pitch. I can't help but think if someone like the Belgravia Group were to own us, they'd be thinking of money-making first and football second.
25. So that's why Ritchie didn't want to go this year....?
