Rightly or wrongly, this is the nature of football, which is not the same sort of "business" as a high street store like Boots for instance. I won't go further, but suffice to say, have another look at how successful the club was, relatively speaking in accordance to what supporters want and what gets them through the turnstiles and buying shirts etc, previous to Mike Ashley.
