  1. Definitely. First half was ok but even then you could see that it could become an edgy affair. We should have scored a second to settle but it was typical that the lack of confidence and awareness of Almiron in front of goal was the begin of the downfall. We could to with an extended break at the moment. Best thing of playing Liverpool now is that we can’t expect to get anything out of the game than a tonking. Maybe being clear underdogs does work to motivate players. I am not sure if I can cope with watching it though.
  2. Fucking hell. We are all over the place mental wise. I just hope people calm the fuck down and do not start to question what we have achieved over the last couple of years. We are not shite but just nit in the right frame if mind at the moment. As I said before we might gave to consider this season to be a write off.
  3. I would still bring on big Joe because we di really need some presence in midfield.
  4. My post wasn’t aimed at you tbh but rather other people. I know that he can be very frustrating and he is certainly a player we can improve on. l am also not against criticism of players but with Almiron I think a lot is rather unfair and way over the top. He is certainly not as bad as sone people seem to think. Imho of course.
  5. It was coming well before. Players are obviously very low on confidence anxious to make mistakes. Almiron being afraid to shoot being the perfect example. Very frustrating but I don’t get the need to start slagging off players gor things like this.
  6. Lost his footing tbh. We should think about bringing on Joelinton for Longstaff imho
  7. It was brilliant to finish 4th to get this year’s experience with playing in a group of death and just go out mainly because of the dodgiest decision I have seen for a long time. Not finishing in the top 6 won’t be a disaster and this is what I mean with “writing this season off” already. There is still a lot to play for obviously. January will really be difficult and you need luck to win the FA cup with draws and who you play. The mackems will be very motivated against us do this won’t be easy as well. This doesn’t mean that we can’t have a very good second half of the season once injured players are back and maybe with one or two shrewd additions. If we have a second half of the season like Villa did last season or we had ourselves two seasons ago then there is still a lot possible. But I do not expect it and as long as we keep playing like we have done this season for most games then this is fine with me.
  8. Only way to save my day will be 10 red cards and abandoned game later. Or Klopp and Arteta having a fight on the sidelines with Klopp losing his fake teeth.
  9. It is absolutely nonsense what they have made of the offside rule. Instead of giving attacking players the doubt to increase attacking displays goals are ruled out depending on the resolution of a screen nowadays.
  10. This could still go either way if we were able to score and shatter their confidence.
  11. I really don’t understand the constant bashing of Miggy. He does have poor days and can be frustrating but hardly more than most other players in the squad. Imho his contribution to our positive results is most often underestimated. Game is frustrating and demonstrating that we are having a bad tine at the moment with things not going our way. Referee is poor but the result is rather more down to us lacking confidence. It us a shame because we could have needed a couple of positive results before going into a difficult January. I am close to writing this season off already.
  12. We are really ot in the right state of mind at the moment. Totally lacking confidence.

It’s working again unfortunately. I wouldn’t have minded if it had got spaceXed.
  14. Not just because of the fan, the players as well. Especially Jackson the übercunt and the way he was making a fuss when Colwill stamped on Krafth. Even Colwill who was totally aware of what he did tried to calm him down he kept on. Maybe they knew that taking Krafth out of the game would increase their chances…
  15. It’s still a remarkable season so far after overachieving last season. It’s not uncommon for clubs suffering from the pressure and fixture list when comprting on multiple fronts. We just suffer from a mixture of bad luck, misfortunes and stupidity in the dying minutes of some matches. The PL table as well as us progressing in cup competitions would look totally different if we hadn’t wasted results against Liverpool, West Ham, PSG, Milan and now Chelsea. We have been just seconds ot inches away from greatness.
