  1. This much is true mate but there will come a time where we will appoint a manager that can handle the pressures and strive under it. I just hope its in my lifetime.
  2. Fuckin hell please god NOOOO
  3. Well thats my point mate...who gets dropped or who goes? Personally id play Carroll and Moses and tell Shola or Lovenkrands to do one but that isnt going to happen. So then we run the risk of pissing off Carroll and he would be sold, if that was the case it would be a backwards step.
  4. Very good signing IF it happens. If it does though id imagine Carroll to leave, id hope it would be Strola who would leave but somehow i doubt that. If no-one left then where would he fit in? I doubt he'd want to be a backup.
  5. The fact that BBC are running this means they must be trying to expose FMA for what he is. This could tip him over the edge and really do us the world of good in terms of a possible takeover. Fingers crossed it unearths some dirty fuckin secrets about the fat cunt.
  6. He has done ok, but i think anyone would have done ok with this squad in this league. Simple fact is going off his team selections and substitutions this season, but most of all his tactics and brand of football he has us playing, he is definatly going to be out of his depth next season in the PL. The only way there will definatly be movement with regards to management is IF ashley sells in the summer, which i think he mite but i wouldnt hold my breath. If ashley stays then hughton will still be our man and we will most definatly be in for a real relegation battle regardless of how much or how little we spend. Should we get sold then Mark Hughes would be a decent call, best of whats available.
  7. You do talk some shit like. Look this fella is in his 70s he's still interested in NUFC despite deserting his country 40 years ago, he's seen players who died before you were even born, so have some respect eh? Certainly respect the fact he's a toon fan in his 70's although stevie i dont like the use of age...its irrelevant. Noelie though...Would you actually choose to put butt in defence?
  8. Obviously you're sat in America, and were brought up on people like Len White and the likes, you have no intention of leaving that state the yank bullies took off the Mexicans but I tell you what it is, your summary of the game is like you were stood on the edge of the touchline. Never in my life, have I been so depressed at the game, it was cold, we had shoes off, we had young cunts singing your support is fuckin shit, at an absolutely brilliant Palace support in the circumstances. This club is dead. Fuckin dead. I wish I could sit in a room with Hughton for 5 minutes, and just tell him what I think. He'd say what can you do better, and I don't fuckin know honestly with the players we have. We are disgusting. There's 92 teams in the football league, and not one of them are more boring than us. I have two players to slate tonight, Nolan you looked like you cared at the start of the season, tonight all you were doing was trying and failing to justify your ridiculous wage. Worst of all though fuckin worst of all is that fuckin arsehole Carroll. Carroll it must be difficult playing in front of 38000, I can't deny it, I played in front of 1100 once and I was scared stiff, but tonight you proved to me what a Gateshead tramp you are. You have a degree of talent, but when you're pointing at people to play the ball wide, concentrate on your own run so when the ball actually arrives you're actually there to get it YOU STUPID CUNT! FUCKIN WANK. FUCK OFF HUGHTON . If we had a side as good as Tottenham that gizajobMikeyouslimgoodlookinfella cunt would class the yids as bigger than us, its like a shit version of Keegan managing us, and we were far and away better than them 7 short years ago, even more recently when we won every game against them for four year, I still think Hughton regards Tottenham as a bigger club than NUFC, its a job for that cunt a fuckin job, we're a steppin stone to Tottenham for him in his mind. Williams looked ok though. Understood and agreed. Frustrating times...we can only hope that promotion will bring good fortunes for once.
  9. An important 3 points to keep a gap between us and forest. 3 points ahead with a game in hand and 8 points ahead of WBA...still looking good but from that performance and our performances in general this season it still amazes me how we are top. Good to be back to winning ways though. There were a few positives tonight though, most notably the debutants...Williamson seems like a leader and a pretty good CB and Routledge has the pace a drive to really add something to our side. Kadar done well again. Guthrie was busy and pulled the strings. And Ranger with his 1st goal at St James Park. Shame about the injuries but lets face it we are newcastle united, it was going to happen sooner rather than later...just hope they arent serious. Will the highlights be on iplayer on friday?
  10. RentBoy hit the post.... Come on lads this is gash
  11. Sounds like a pathetic performance at home tbh. Has to be Lovenkrands off and routlegde on...move nolan up top, guthrie in the middle and routledge on the right.
  12. I think we will play... ==Harper== ===Kadar==Williamson==Coloccini==Enrique=== ===Routledge==Guthrie==Smith==Jonas=== =======Nolan==== ===Carroll======= 3-0 tonight...Carroll, Guthrie and Nolan
  13. Within 24 hours so the journel say.
  14. It wasnt meant harshly (soz) but i'd extend the same sort of sentiments to all our fans. We cant spend countless hours post-match bemoaning the immobility of our central midfield, the erratic and inconsistent wing play and the inability of our strikers to hit a barn door and then expect them to go out and play like Arsenal. The general consensus of the season seems to be we are just enough less shit than most other teams to do alright. Thats because the ability in the squad is not that amazing. Of course it would be great for the reasons you state, it might get them playing with more confidence and bringing our their ability more. However, i'm not that convinced of their ability in relation to other teams, especially after our last two matches. I'd rather see us play to our strengths and deliver 3 points. well what else are we supposed to do? we've not got anything else to talk about Dancing on ice?
  15. It's funny to look at threads like this which are as recent as two years old... http://www.toontastic.net/board/index.php?...3&hl=leazes But it gets a bit sad when you get four years back and see what a joke Leazes was then... http://www.toontastic.net/board/index.php?...7&hl=leazes Somethings will never change.
  16. Theres more chance of Lineker doing an advert for pringles.
  17. Tavernier, Lough or Tozer could get a game. Knowing Hughton Colo wil play RB and he'll put Butt in at centre half.
  18. Aye, O'Neill seemed to be keen on the idea of a domestic loan where he could be recalled after a month. Apparently Davies not interested. Just hope Kadar can step up to the plait. Williamson not lookin such a bad move now
  19. I'm afraid while Mr Ashley owns our club we will continue to sell our best players. Still, its being run like a business now which is what was wanted. Anyway, what is your ex username ? Leazes man change the fucking record, you boring old cock. You're a grown man embarrassing himself by arguing like a 5 year old. Gem, I found the naive ignorant posts boring as fuck mate as I kept saying, and those who complained about the old regime have no grounds for complaint now, whether you like it or not. We are going nowhere under Ashley, or nowhere near the level we should be at, just stating a fact. Fill the ground, make money, spend less and compete at a lower level. That, appears to be success to our new owner and what he wants and also what a lot of people wanted ie a business. Fact. The sooner he is out the better although unbelievably there are people out there who could still be worse again. I don't think anyone is disagreeing with the fact that the sooner the current owners fuck off the better, Leazes. It's taken as read now. If you don't say it in every post, you never said it at all. Said what?
  20. I agree. Always thought Fuller was a decent striker. Whats happening with Beattie?

  22. The argument has got nothing to do with being a 'soopafan' as you call it so fuck knows why you mentioned that. FYI I go to plenty of Newcastle games (including Plymouth away in the 3rd round) not that I have to justify myself to soopa fan like your self Its about priorities and yours are different to mine thats all. I'm a realist as well but I want to see us compete in the Cups no matter what our position is and if that means on occasion we pick up injuries etc then so be it, thats football, thats life. Are you such a soopa fan that you think that no one who lives outside the area can comment? Bollocks. Your not realistic at all...idiolistic maybe. Simple fact is, it isnt just injuries that are to be feared, its the fatigue and the expectancy that goes with a good cup run. It's all fine and well having something to cheer about but if that costs us promotion would it be worth it? I think not.
