Mine didnt get put up like Didnt have a go at him personally. Just suggested that Thompson House was the mouthpiece of the club and they were too scared to write any opinion. Doing weights 3 days a week, run once a week only about 3 mile, do a days session in the gym as well (30mins HIIT Cardio), take bairn swimming on a Saturday and also squeeze in odd game of squash. Not arsed about loosing weight but I am trying to drop body fat. In June I was 15stone @ 24.7% Body fat and end of July was 14st 12lb @ 23.5% body fat. So Ive burned a few lbs of fat and added a few lbs of lean mass. Current target is to get under 20% and push on from there.

Think it's worth reiterating (or perhaps it isn't but I will anyway) exactly what Pardew said in the wake of Carroll's departure: "The one thing I said to Mike yesterday was, 'Look, if this boy is going to go, this money has to be reinvested in the team, all of it', and he has assured me of that. For the Newcastle fan, that is the most important message I can give today, that all that money will be used." Certainly worth keeping that one. Be nice if he done a phone in to shove that fucker up his arse.

Nicely summed up and accurate to the T. He bought the club. He fucked up. then he fucked up again. then several times more. He is shaping the club to sell, but due to his fuck ups and money he put in that he wants back, the club is overpriced and no one wants to buy. So, rather than build the club to sell, he is lowering its stock bit by bit. Just like his other businesses, its being ground down to cheap tat.

Surely that means Barton should have had a huge fine? If it was a normal business and you sack one person for what another was disciplined they could have you at a tribunal.
