I have a shit memory, short term anyway. I also have a shit footballing brain. I'm not even 100% sure what my first game was other than I think it was at home v Man City. I remember my first other game was actually Hibs v Airdrie around 1990. I can remember shit I done as a 10-16 yr old but Im shocking with names etc. I too dabbled in stuff mostly in the 90s (acid & pills mostly) but have had nowt in years. Not sure how much they help, but I'd have to advocate taking fish oils if you dont eat much oily fish naturally. I take 2-3 Omega 369 tablets 4-5 days a week and I also try to eat salmon. You could also look up Krill Oil which is meant to be better as you dont need as much. My Dr told me to take a spoonful of cod liver oil a day as he reckoned you dont get enough from the capsules. I done that for a while but its rank.

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team
JawD replied to Kid Dynamite's topic in Newcastle Forum
We all agree we need to spend more. But I don't expect the manager to come out and criticise the owner. I mean, who does?- 10610 replies

Mental isnt it. Sums up social media perfectly though. Guilty unless proven otherwise. People far to keen to be judge and jury.

True, but I still think "thick" is harsh when he cant defend himself.

Newcastle United v Man City Saturday 15th

Have to try and take positives from how we have played in spells and apply it next game. Lets face it, we didnt expect to win today but when our heads were up we looked a threat. Need this against QPR. -

Fuck me you're cheerful, Jesus. -
I think "thick" is unfair on him. He's an intelligent bloke and has good knowledge. But seems to have zero self awareness and is tedious as fuck with a lack of "getting" social media. Shame really.

December 2012 competition - Festive / Celebration (Discussion / chat)
JawD replied to ajax_andy's topic in Competition Time
Agree with Andy. I think the best way would be to post a few pics in the members area for feedback and chose one before the close to submit. Basically the one others here say is shit is probably the winner -
Then bigger guns and then more bigger guns and on and on. I have a cracking imagination but I cant reach a point where I understand why someone would do this to primary school kids or where giving everyone guns is said to be a good idea and lawful. Saying give teachers guns? Someone actually said that out loud? Fucked up.

yeah so that looks like you have boosted it up. Best way to think of saturation is having paint pots of colour. You either remove the colour back to the pot (desaturate) or pour more on the image (saturate). You can then do it colour by colour so you could boost only reds for example and remove everything else (like what Andy done above)
-
I'm not keen on it myself, its been overdone imo. That said I have a canvas on my wall of a pic I took and done just that, which was one of my kids and I only coloured the lady bird he had on his arm. In fact, Ive dug out the pic and this is it, its from about 2 1/2 yrs ago so I'll blame my inexperience then
-
So, to give you an example Ive very quickly had a look at that pic in LR. This is what I done - - Adjustment Brush - Removed all saturation and brushed away the colour apart from around the flower top - Increased brightness to lighten it up a bit - Increased contrast to help make it "pop" a bit - Added some vignetting, just .. because This is what I got
-
Lightroom is good for making the whole pic b&w but PS would be better for selective colouring. I like that shot actually. You "could" maybe use LR then desaturate the whole image and then use the fix brush and resaturate the one area. PS would be better though as its made for that kind of thing. you could do it with a couple of layers.

He doesnt want to come back so its a bit of a moot point?

I didnt, opted for Imax 3D. Might go and see it again over christmas as I'm curious about the HFR.

The Hobbit. Did you like Lord of the Rings? If so you will love this. If not, you won't Brilliant again like imo

Centre half and a forward are a must imo. We let Best and Lovenkrands go and didnt replace them. Shola is can be handy in a cameo role in the odd game when we are wining 2-0 with 10mins to go. Ba and Cisse cant play together so we need someone who can play off them both.
-
Sorry like but what a crock of shit. What I do agree with is that at the moment I think he is struggling to know what team to put out. I think we all know that Ba and Cisse cant play together, they both like being the main striker and neither do as well pushed outside. for that Id like to see us have more options up front. But a shit thin squad ravaged with injuries and low morale, for that I dont hold him totally to blame. But to want us to get beat, no matter the reason just shows you as a WUM. Lets face it, you dont give a fuck about NUFC really do you? Just have fun posting "cerayzee ideas".

There you go, voted I had to laugh recently at a statement by Llambias who said AP wasnt in danger and we were allowed a bad season. Well, thats no surprise given that I blame the bulk of the issue on him and the lack of spending. In the past we have jumped up and down for a manager to be sacked as the rest of the prem pointed and laughed. Now we have stability in a long term deal for the manager and imo he needs to be given time to turn it around. I would hope that the owner will see what a fuck up he made by not investing in the summer and do so this winter. I think a couple of new faces could give the place a much needed lift and I hope they have learned from it. Sadly, I dont think they will and I fully expect to hear the "we tried but its hard, but at least we didnt sell" line. I do think Pardew can turn it around but I think we will slip in to the bottom 3 before we do. We might finished 14th but then we need to build again in the summer with lessons learned. You'd be foolish not to be concerned like, but its far from something thats going to make me spit out my dummy.
