I think they received about £10k to make the film and the film was never made. I have no knowledge as to whether there was any surplus cash but for me its the same thing. Even turning out a half baked film that doesn’t quite match the original vision is more fitting than ignoring it.

What always gets me about this that the film looked about 95% done and they took people’s money to make it. Once you’ve crowdfunded a film you either give people their money back or release it. Very strange
