You never eaten food in baja then? or stood on the dancefloor in stereo?
-
So what exactly is your definition of a nightclub? If it sells booze, stays open til 3am, plays music, has a dancefloor and doorstaff, to me its a club.
-
I wouldn't class Chicago Rock as a club like, I can see where you're coming from with Studio though. Glo is just an extension of Crocs aswell really. 178065 This much I know as I have lived here for 24 years. Chicago is a club, it plays music and its open til 3am. Glo is built onto crocs but its a seperate bar, with its own entrance and its own bar staff, door staff etc.
-
The other 2 clubs are chicago rock and studio at the top end of the front street. Both infinetly better than crocs (now gravity). But chesters and glo bar both have late licences too.

Better now than it has been in decades. -Hourly Trains North and South to all Major Cities -Ten mins from Newcastle -Five mins from Durham -Few decent restaurants now -3 Nightclubs and about 20 pubs -Big Tescos just opened -Cricket Ground brings in a lot of revenue - Elton John and UB40!!!!! -House prices are likely to rise with it being an expanding town. You could do a lot worse tbh. In my whole life I cant say ive ever been threatened, mugged, shouted at etc. on the streets. Working in Darlington however it happened on a weekly basis!
-
I think the joke is on him tbh, admitting 'I cant drive my moms minivan'. Sounds like a dude!

Along the same lines, Anyone been to the irish club at the end of stowell street. I use to go out with an irish lass at uni here and she took me along one night. Pretty entertaining, especially when the irish band got up and started belting out allt he songs off me pogues greatest hits album!

The bingo at the waterloo is more entertaining to watch than play. One of the main callers is a tad 'slow' , speaks like jonathan ross with a lisp and is hard of hearing! I called a £30 house last month and the bastard kept going!!!

Wheelie Bins are ok, if you get to know them

We used to go to Wallsend arts centre as kids to watch our mates bands. They would serve ANYONE. I got served at 13 and encountered my first ever room spin when i got home. -
Bobby Pattinsons stand up routine ( The 1st one released ) has some great observations about WMCs
-
Obviously never been to the waterloo then! I also frequent the spartans WMC sometimes as well cos they have all the dodgy asian channels for the toon games.

aye cos wallsend is the new jesmond these days! -
Are peoples nights out based purely on drinking beer like? I though people on here were joking when they said that! I go for the craic with the regulars, cheap pool, darts, 5p bandits, Huge Tv for the footie, bacon fries and crisps that havent been available to buy in the shops for 20 years!

2 years on!!! Where do you live? We got wheely bins about 12 years ago -
Waterloo in Blyth is 'THE' WMC There will be very few left in 10 years though. Most of our regulars are starting to pop their clogs now unfortunately

I agree with newcastlerocker. Its gotta be maxwell murder by rancid! I bought that CD on my 15th birthday just before I went to see Independence Day at the Cinema. 9 Fucking years ago!!!

Looks good, but im worried about the longevity of a game with 1 aim, kill zombies. Especially at £50. Waiting for rainbow six vegas and pro evo 6. Loving Ghost Recon at the minute!

Girl not allowed to watch Big Brother..

that will learn her like. My sympathy goes to her mother who will never forgive herself for her silly little girls actions. -
titus and his homeys cruisin. Surely if there were 6 in the car thats against the law?
-
anyway, pedants aside, it doesnt change the point of my post, who wouldnt see us as a move down from real madrid?
-
They won the vauxhall astra pre-season tournament cup once.
-
me too, but im not sure how any of them fit in with the ''desperate to impress, wouldnt see us as a move down'' bill that Roeder was spouting earlier. 175828 Well, because they're all second or third choice at their current clubs, despite their quality? 175870 Yeah, but they are only leaving cos the clubs dont want them anymore. Bridge, Graveson and Martins all have trophys, established internationals, plenty of money and im guessing they will be choosing us over other teams because we will pay the most. Duff is different because it is obvious he wanted to come here, he turned down other clubs and has already made more positive noises about us in a week than Owen has in a year. The likes of Graveson, Bridge and Martins are dragging their feet until the end of the week, seeing who else may come in for them. They are 3 quality players, and id be happy to have them here, but they totally contradict what Roeder said previously .

yes, but when talking about tv series most people assume your talking about fictional comedies, action, dramas etc. Not documentarys and game shows
-
The problem with that is they are not so subtly steering everyone towards the max package, which they will then wait a year til half of England has signed up and the double the price to £20 a month makign themselves a mint!
