  1. @@Monkeys Fist Search Daily Motion for 'Tit hypnosis with brainwave audio' and report back results please.
  2. The new Sufjan album is out today. Some free piano music from Nils Frahms to celebrate Piano day http://www.pianoday.org/
  3. That makes no sense. The Guardian were relaying the same information with the same inference. There's nothing funny about this at all.
  4. Unfortunately, economic discourse in Britain is dominated by a misleading fixation on budget deficits. Worse, this bogus narrative has infected supposedly objective reporting; media organizations routinely present as fact propositions that are contentious if not just plain wrong. http://mobile.nytimes.com/2015/03/23/opinion/paul-krugman-britains-terrible-no-good-economic-discourse.html?referrer=
  5. Paxman was just taking the piss there. He didn't ask Cameron why all Labour voters think he is an evil cunt but Miliband gets personal insults thrown at him and asked to explain them.
  6. Kay Burley was a cunt as usual. Paxman regurgitating the flawed narrative on labour spending when they were last in power with a smug look on his face too. I don't know any economists who still believe that but it's accepted as fact by media and the public. Miliband doesn't do himself any favours by not being adept enough to refute it.
  7. Straight from Russia Today. The irony of the internet truth-seekers being spoon fed KGB propaganda by their official media outlet and thinking its an alternative to the truth because the BBC is full of paedophiles or something. Anyone brought up in the UK who prefers the RT version of events over the BBC needs their head checking.
  8. All true Parky, am not trying to say he's a good manager. I see Alex has gone for a kit-kat and a read. http://books.google.fr/books/about/Being_Wrong.html?id=lUBC-7ud2LQC&redir_esc=y
  9. Aye, we've got shit players. I know. Hence my point about Pardew originally.
  10. Enjoying Ibeyi by Ibeyi, 2 daughters of the percussionist from the Buena Vista Social Club. Not really a stand out track on the album, its all a bit like this
  11. There's some big albums coming out soon, amongst others interested to hear in full. Sufjan Stevens (sounds a bit depressing) Hot chip (the single sounds good). Blur (sounds like Blur) Django Django (sounds nowhere near as good as last one)
  12. Not sure what you find so difficult to understand. "It was time for him to move on" "his time with us was up" these are phrases you hear across the employment spectrum. I'm not going to argue he should have stayed but i will be consistent with my view that he was doing a better job than some people gave him credit for because i was of the view that some people didnt want to disentangle the impact of Ashley, the changing trends in football and having a target for their ire. I've never said Pardew was a class manager, always maintained he was an average premiership manager and we could do better. The longer he keeps this up at Palace, the more zen-like i will be on this topic.
  13. Still glad he has gone but he is definitely a better manager than his harshest critics made out. New manager bounces only happen to other clubs by the looks of things too.
  14. I've had at least 30 bottles of wine however.
  15. There's a wonderful mash up of King Kunta off Kendick Lamar's new album with the theme tune to Seinfeld. Its on soundcloud.
  16. Streaming on NPR. http://www.npr.org/2015/03/22/393575866/first-listen-sufjan-stevens-carrie-lowell
