1. SWhen I was at school many years ago I was taught you marked a man by getting between him and the goal. Have thoughts on this changed or are our players just stupid and keep confusing goalside for behind?
2. That was the most attrocious refereeing I have ever sen. I am surprised he wasnt wearing a liverpool shirt. FFS is a useless cu*t as well. I hope he now realises we need a real manager.
3. "I have heard a little rumour that Michael has a clause in his contract which states he can leave Newcastle United in one year's time. "I can tell you now that he hasn't. Of course Michael has clauses in his contract. In this day and age, all top players do. Alan Shearer does. But that is not one of them."
4. Shepherd has already categorically stated that he hasn't got a clause in his contract that would let im leave for less than we paid for him.
5. I've defended Ameobi in the past but he was a waste of a shirt yesterday.
6. Have you tried marijuana, to help with the pain/sleeping I mean. 105104 Unfortunately Mary sets off my SVT.
7. oooooh nasty..... Prince2? Im gonna look either thick or a geek but Im lost unless it happens to be something about the Project management techniques. 105032 Yes it is the project management thing. Think I might try to switch from man management to project management. More money.
8. Now officially the most honourable bloke in football. Refusing a pay off clause in his contract.
9. You dont even need to do that. Turn jar upside down. Slap the bbottom of it twice hard. Now try.
10. it's 06:06 at 04:44 I took 2 co-codamol 30/500 one diclofenac 50 and a methacarbamol 100 and I am still in agony.On the upside I might buy a prince2 rip off on ebay.
11. Language on your keyboard is American? If you can't be arsed to check/change it, hold alt + press 0163 on your numbers over there ---> 104176 It's a laptop IBM thinkpad. The numbers thing didnt work.
12. First editions of Terry Pratchetts colour of magic and the ligh fantastic are worth over 20,000. And if anyone can tell me why my pound sign doesnt work would be much appreciated.
13. Obiously not tenuous enough as alot of Mackems believe he's nailed on by the looks of it. I'm sticking by my prediction of Ian Holloway. 103749 Makem straw clutching the whole O'Neil thing. When he first started being linked with us he said he wasn't really a sunderland fan just liked them because of Charlie Hurley. The makems are making him sound like he was born in Red House.
14. He'll serve less than a year and will be sent back to us.
15. I should get a medal for this thread. For services to mud slinging.
16. Newcastle has the furthest inland colony of kitiwakes in the world at the tyne bridge.
17. It's about time men started to fight back. Birds even have their own flu now. I'll get me coat.
18. OK, I admit it, I'm lost. Unless you mean likes likes. Which I don't. 97906 He really likes Alan Shearer. Would like to meet another like minded person (gay) who would maybe one day go to a football match to see him. I am trying to get you both a blind date. With each other. 98058 Gays at the footy?! Where did it all go wrong? Did we lose a war? 98060 With the amount of them that play it now!!!
19. OK, I admit it, I'm lost. Unless you mean likes likes. Which I don't. 97906 He really likes Alan Shearer. Would like to meet another like minded person (gay) who would maybe one day go to a football match to see him. I am trying to get you both a blind date. With each other.
20. I've always liked the Jekyll and Hyde on Hanover Street (which is all dark and gothic and nice), and the Auld Hoose down St. Leonards Street... but then I likes my rock/alternative stuff. Depends what you're after really. 97522 That will do nicely cheers............... ( think I may have been in the Jekyll) 97523 It's fairly central, so that's entirely possible. The Hoose is a bit of a hike out, so you're unlikely to end up that way, but what the heck. 97526 Edinburgh is about as Scottish as London. Glasgow is the better place for real atmosphere. And the reason I ask Meenzer is I was telling a friend about you and he doesnt know anybody who likes Alan Shearer as much as he does. Bet glasgows nightclubs are better than Edinburghs.
21. Again I agree however the motive is irrelevant, if a person is willing to kill or maim another because of their beliefs then thats terrorism, in the case of the story I linked, these Animal Rights people are willing to kill or maim young people not because of what they believe but because they are somehow linked to an organisation that has a small part of it involved in something these people disagree with. To hate someone enough to want to kill them because they are different to you is a terrible thing, to do it because they have a link to someone or thing you disagree with is even worse. 97674 And how many have they killed.
22. I would have been the only person in the pub pi**ing themselves at that.
