Listen Lee, I'm the gaffer now and if you want to play, I need you on my team. See you behind the changing rooms.

Good post, the differences are huge - also think of the England cricket team, whose players are flying to and from Pakistan/India to witness the birth of their children. Although I wish their timing was better I don't think it is our right to stop them. It's only a game.

Rob, that's bullshit. Nice to know you haven't paid any notice to what I've said in this or other threads. I am way to the left of the political spectrum and have often stated I am against capital punishment, or draconian measures such as castration, mutilation foe criminals etc. I tend to agree with LM on football matters only. However, that doesn't mean I think the police should stand by and let these people get away with these "protests", and I'm sure the majority of sane people agree. Recently, your posts have been abysmal to be honest. For starters, you refuse to admit you are wrong on factual matters when you have been shown to be quite clearly, citing your extensive personal knowledge and experience over studies published by experts ffs. Then there is this thread; you back track so much it is actually impossible to know what you believe, and you demonstrate clearly you have a defective memory. And that's not to mention coming out with obvious bull shit like Syrians aren't muslims. What do you actually believe in Rob? 89898 I get the impression he's trying to hang on to his leftist tendancies and doesn't want to believe that these muslims are up to no good. It's an easy trap to fall into, particularly when you think of all the times he's argued (correctly IMO) before with Leazes et al on similar matters. In view of your comment below.....it would appear rather than think Rob was previously right, you are now admitting that I was, certainly your condemnation of this mob in question is what I have been saying for a while would happen, and this is just the start. It appears wrong to you then. I've agreed with Rob on the many occasions before that he's protested against your 'round em up and send em back' posts. What do you propose to do, tell them they are naughty boys ? Firm action needed mate, the sooner the better. Out they go, no messing. 89917 On this occasion I agree with you, firm action is needed. Although I worry about who you mean by 'them'.

Gol, take your blue tinted specs off. Two wrongs don't make a right. Robben should get a damn sight more than a booking, the conniving little cnut. Until blatant cheating like this is punished with the severity it deserves then it will continue to be commonplace. I don't think Reina should have been sent off - it wasn't even a slap, he just placed his palm on the guy's face as he told him to foxtrot oscar. Violent conduct my arse. Yeah yeah, I know, 'raising your hands' and all that. 89903 That the best you can do then? Because it's fucking boring tbh. The point I'm making is the referee followed the laws of the game in both instances. The red card for Reina was right. 89918 The 'raise your hands' law is a load of shite. Look at what Reina did, tell me honestly, is that 'violent conduct'? Your comments justifying Robben going unpunished because he was sent off before (within the 'laws of the game' btw) smack of a Chelsea apologist. It has not 'evened itself out', tell that to Liverpool who probably will be without their first choice keeper for three games now. Robben should recieve a similar punishment if we ever want to get rid of this kind of thing, not have excuses made for him.

Have a good one mate.

I'm a Guardian reading/sandal wearing/all-bran eating as they come but I'm not going to let the paranoia of being racist from stopping me criticising or condemming these Muslims, be they extremists who burn flags and spout antisemitic filth or the more moderate ones who make pathetic attempts at condeming or apologising for them. I hate to make generalisations but not enough is being done to show that these people are a minority.

That's what I'm thinking, the lady doth protest too much.
-
Trying to prove a point?
-
Yeah, I meant Reina. You're right, someone needs to teach him a lesson, it's a shame him and Essien play for the same team. It's this 'raising your hands = automatic red card' rule that pisses me off. This isn't fucking netball. Anyone see Duncan Ferguson on Wednesday? Now THAT'S a red card!

William Shatner's got a ticket for the first one apparently.

People dying over cartoons, fucking bananas. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/south_asia/4684652.stmu/

You've done that in enough threads already tbh.

Following Robben's histronics after the Liverpool keeper merely touched his face in the match yesterday, I am fed up of seeing grown men act like five year old girls. I know this problem has been rife for a while now but the FA really have to start acting seriously on this. Robben should be the one with the impending three match ban, not Arca. On a related note, the linesman who flagged Arca for the challenge should lose his job. One of the best tackles I've seen all season right in front of him and the twat raises his flag!
-
Well, quite.
-
Cause I knocked you back tbh? 89753 You wish! Stop sending the PMs or I'll get HTL to sort you out. PS I'm keeping the photos.

Are the brothels closed at the minute then?

Smooth Operator, his homosexuality causes me great offence.

This is completely over the top, and considering the anti-semitic views being thrown around by some quite hypocritical as well.

I have had the good fortune of meeting a red hot woman with from lesbicious tendancies, but she was a bit dim so I guess you can't have everything. But on the whole I agree, most of them probably haven't chosen the path if you know what I mean.

He can always ask Shearergol for advice. 89657 Amazing how quick that joke got old tbh. Can you go back to the "you and craig are the same person" gag please? 89676 If I have to put up with the "fat, ginger" stuff, you can put up with the Chelsea fan stuff tbh. 89684 Ironic that nobody takes the piss because of the team I do actually follow though. Maybe nobody has heard of them 89693 No, it just makes me nauseous when I think of Scunthorpe.

Right click it and then select 'show image'.

Also anyone who's commented on Souness's sacking has said how he's been unlucky with injuries etc, not that he's incompetent.
-
Following the slap from Gerrard, that kid is obviously made of sterner stuff than Robben.

Racism alive and kicking in England, say Uefa

I wasn't saying that all Spanish fans are racists, as you well know.
