jesus wept. Do you ever read anything? Or is it purely a chance to put your own spin on things and turn everything round. The NUSC has always stated this is an aim, as for pie in the sky well 140 other clubs dont seem to think it is, obviously they're all little non-league clubs such as.... Arsenal Villa Fulham Hull Some small time club in Manchester. Stoke Spuds So thats seven Premiership clubs that have Supporters Trusts including the biggest club in the country.

Its not that far fetched tbh, from what I know, the idea was muted a while ago by a group of North East investors who wanted to buy into the club (something like 20 - 25%), using the Supporters Club to work with the fans. MA unfortunately didnt accept their offer.

Aye, TommyJ Great days those were. That was it "Wheres TommyJ?" quality thread......for makems "TommyJ in the USA" FYI you say potato I say spud

Wasnt Portland Timbers the team that got involved with the makems following that mental thread where that poster screwed them over for free air tickets then disappeared?

Yes, dont update until the new version of the Jailbreak has been developed and fully tested. Its probably time I updated my firmware to the last one (2.3?) and then rejailbroke it as Im running on the older version. And yes ChriszyD Shazam is class, also Last.fm is good too.

That is correct, strangely NUFC seem to think they can go against the word of the government who are responsible for these meetings taking place and part of the rules of them is that the minutes have to be made available for all fans to read. A quick look at nufc.cock shows how they are not meeting that obligation.
-
Sorry to piss on your chips son but it was written into very early documentation that this was our aim, it was discussed at the first meeting and then again at the last one. EDIT: And see my earlier post, this isnt seen as something likely to happen under the Ashley regime. Theres always a chance admittedly but its unlikely.

Which is a totally understandable and valid view, it's that repayment of the discount that is the issue. To me it's right and proper that it's repaid. How the club goes about these things however is as usual cackhanded.
-
this is the 1st stage in what is a longterm thing and chances are that it wouldn't involve Ashley as I think everone acknowledges that he will sell at some stage in life. Now is more about getting the necessary procedures etc in place and working toward the day when it could happen. The man u supporters trust has something like 2.5million sitting waiting for the day that they can buy in. They are ready for the chance and hopefully one day we could be in that position.
-
It doesnt surprise me at all and I fully understand those that dont want to go anymore.
-
Some muppet however got the URL of supporters direct wrong I tell you, you just cant get the staff these days. It should have been http://www.supporters-direct.org

And a fair enough argument from Mr Bird. I know that I personally would resent the fact Ive signed up for three years and gained nothing over those that cancelled, especially as Im now paying for next seasons ticket regardless of what league we'll be playing in. Those that arent showing that loyalty because they just want out shouldnt be entitled to the same discount as those of us that are staying and supporting the lads.

I said toontastic and nusc.org.uk

I assume you're getting Midds mixed up with someone else
-
Heres a novelty, me sort of sticking up for the club I agree totally that those who cancelled their agreements should pay the difference back, what about the other 93% of ST holders who either didnt enter the agreement at all and therefore paid about £50 more than these people (for the same shower of shite on the pitch) or that have honoured the agreement and already started paying for next years Championship ticket? These people only got the discount because they agreed to purchase more tickets, if they arent going to uphold their side of the bargain (totally understandably tbh) then the club shouldnt be expected to cover the difference.
-
They might have well have just asked 1 question only. How can we get you to buy more merchandise? 1. Lower the price 2. Make it shinier 3. Send you a begging letter 4. Splash the words "Sports Direct" in big letters across the top of the Gallowgate end.

A film? The total scumbag that shes just married must be laughing all the way to the bank.

Fairly nailed on seeing as how he exposed Llambias's total and utter lie about who bought him.
