The resurrection was vastly overrated in my opinion. At the end of the day, bloke dies, wakes up and goes for a wander. Not exactly the same as banging four in against the makems tbh.

you know what it is? I really havent got a clue today, heart says we're going to thrash them but the head is worried. These now have no pressure and this is a cup final for them. We on the other hand are now fighting for a Europe position and Im wary that if we go behind then our heads will drop. The first goal is crucial today, that one will determine the game, if we get it and get it early then the crowd will be devastated and that in itself would be enough to let us do them.

At the end of the day I believe that a good part of the revitalisation was down to the removal of Souness, whoever came in was on a winner. Dressing room morale must have been shot to shit and frankly we could have stuck Coco the Clown on the touchline and the players would have felt better for it. Taking nothing away from Roeder there, the mans done well and is a true pro but (Im going to do an LM/ HTL here) I saw this happening months ago and posted it publically, my big worry was that we'd bin Souness put Roeder in charge, he'd have a good run and we'd give him the job, in 12 months time we'll be in the same position as we were 5 months ago. We need a total change around, for too long we've had the same faces involved, Shearers gone at the end and its time to get rid of the likes of McDermott and anyone else from the Keegan/Dalglish/Souness stable. Start afresh with a real big name, proven world class manager bringing in his own team of people, if it takes two years to consolidate and build us into a force then so be it. EDIT: I believe we could do worse than Roeder but we sure as hell deserve someone bigger and more accomplished.

Bad move, I have plenty time for Roeder and am amazed at what he has managed with the same players Souness had however this is not a long term good move for the club. We were promised a big big name in football and we end up with Roeder? Surely appointing a manager with a weak heart (or is that all sorted now?) would not be a steady move in the right direction?

well I for one am happier in the knowledge that our fabulous care in the community are still working. Even at such a late hour on an Easter weekend they still manage to let them have ten minutes use of the internet. Night nght little window licker, sleep tight.

went to Gormans at Denton Burn last night (being a good catholic lad like) and was served by a youngish lass (prob 19, 20 ish). well I use betfair which is linked to my Paypal account so if I want the money then I just transfer it back to paypal, its immediate, my understanding of the Credit card ones though is the same, the money gets transferred to your card or bank account whenever you want from your betting account.
