Queens of the Stone Age-Great videos always, especially the one for 'No one knows' Plus i love to watch Josh Foo fighters- They've produced some really funny vids over the years, i especially liked the one for Everlong, the drummer worries me though, he always makes a very convincing girl! Really pleased that the car is definitely on the pace of the 'big boys', its been alot of travelling and expense lately, but very rewarding and a good laugh too. Have added a pic of latest paint job for car and van...we even have matching race team shirts now....posh eh? Glad to hear all is well with you.

Any tips for being motivated? I like to think i am an organised person, but just lately i seem to have so much on my mind, so many things piling up i need to do that i don't actually achieve any of it Even when i've got spare time, i just cant get around to doing my course work or catching up on work i should be doing! I just keep putting things off, i know im doing it but i keep leaving things untill the last minute. So instead i spend time online or watching pointless films or programs ive seen before My friend says its a form of stress, that i cant cope with too many things to do so im shutting down and ignoring it all. How do you people motivate yourself and organise your time?

1. Go out for a meal. Occasionally, normally for a family event 2. Grab a take away. once a week 3. Get Drunk. very rarely now, i know when to stop, else i get sick! 4. Exercise. I walk fairly often, but dont get enough rigorous exercise. 5. Eye up a member of the opposite sex. Only if he's a ginner 6. Take a holiday. A couple times a year a friend and i go away for a 3 or 4 night break. 7. Buy a newspaper. Most days i buy our local paper. 8. Go overdrawn in your bank account. Never have been. 9. Beep your horn. Havent got one lol 10. Swear Only if i get really really ticked off or hurt myself do i really swear.

I was having this very discussion with my mate a few days ago. She always goes for complete bastards, i dont know why some woman seem to prefer right bastards, possibly they prefer the challenge of trying to 'tame' a man who acts like that? I can only think that they assume decent, caring men are boring.....but when you get older yoiu realise this isnt always the case!
