I would love to eat your pie TT

What? :D

Going to do some serious baking over the christmas, might even do some space cakes.

Decided I'm going to get a load of drink and food in and basically not move out other than a couple of nights, planning on trying to put a couple of stone on.

Made a Thai green chicken curry tonight and by all accounts it was tasty. Had a couple of tastes on the way before leaving it for housemates to enjoy and it was kind of nice, but probably swap lamb for chicken next time.

Lamb green curry? Stevie, you can't say you weren't warned.

Trust me, I've had it before and it's fookin gorgeous.

to be honest Lamb is the best meat in most curries.

anyway, shut the fuck up Samuel, you idea of culinary experimentation is whatever the Greggs seasonal pasty variation is.

got to say i'm a big fan of my cheesy pasta dish. it's a piece of piss to make on a school night though contains about a million calories a serving so wouldn't recommend eating it every night of the week.

basically, cook some linguine till it's al dente. at the same time, gently fry some chili and garlic. combine the two then add grated parmesan, gruyere, cheddar and gorgonzola and a table spoon of double cream. stir thorgh cooked pasta till melted then season to taste and throw in some fresh basil at the end.

Bet mancy insists on goat in his. Although by rights he should be vegan.

Thought the vast majority of Rastas were vegetarian.

I thought vegan, hence the reference ;)

As long as we're singing from the same hymn book :)

Thought you'd have picked up on the goat bit as well like :)

Goat is actually the de facto curry meat.

With peas and rice and rice and peas.

Mutton over here if you're talking West Indian curry tbf.

Never lamb in thai green curry though. Dave is quite clearly off his chops.

Agreed that is pretty mad. Tastebuds of a chimp I shouldn't wonder.
