I was just coming in here to say I did a 3 bean chilli last night as well. Using up the coriander from the soup. Spooky ;)

Yours sounds nice, Brock. I hoy chilli flakes and fresh chillies in my though as I like it quite hot.

I normally put either some dried ghost chillies or ghost chilli extract in mine. :D

Mustard chicken and dauphinoise potatoes for me tonight. Jamie Oliver obv.

Glad to see the healthy eating is going well for you.

It can be a healthy meal if you use Creme Freche instead of cream.

150 calories worth of cream per serving weiner face. The rest is just chicken, leek and potato.

It was quite nice. To be honest, there's probably better stuff in the book to be having though.

Does anyone have any ideas for cakes?

I'm filling in as head chef for a week at a vegetarian cafe/restaurant and we're running low. I was going to cheat and make a banoffee pie, but I'd be interested in any ideas; I'm fairly new to baking.

Doing alright so far; one guy came into the kitchen today to tell me my Malaysian satay casserole was delicious. (I'll put the recipe up at some point)
