I've made an apple and sultana crumble for after dinner later. Old skool :happygirl:

 

I just LUV home made crumble. Warm, with vanilla ice cream. Yum Yum and Yum again.

 

You stay away from TR's pie! :happygirl:

Well we had ours with custard but yeah Snakey it is good with ice cream melting over it mmmmm!

Had to cook for 8 people last week - big family dinner.

 

Kept it simple; browned off a batch of chicken and put that aside. I fried onions and peppers in paprika, allspice and oregano before throwing in a load of rice.

 

Also put in peas, olives and a few bay leaves before topping the lot off with the chicken and some chicken stock (deglazed the pan with some beer). Cooked for 45 minutes in the oven and served. Bloody marvellous.

 

Oh and my tried and tested key lime pie for afters. Champion.
