Good for you! :D

Anyway, did anyone ever watch 'The meaning of Life'? For some reason it comes to mind.

If I looked like that I wouldn't need to fucking run!

Doing day 2 very early tomorrow morning so that no-one has to see it!

Neither of you can drop out of this either. If CT quits, he got beat by a girl. If Cath quits, she got beat by CT.

It's a run-off.

Canny motivation that, actually!

Hardest bit is breathing. I start getting dizzy breathing as deeply as I need to follow their guidance.

I just ignored that advice tbh. Controlling your breathing is definitely good, but slowing it down that much just felt ridiculous.

Bit cruel that, MF. CT just happens to suffer from Bulimia Amnesia. He binge eats but forgets to throw it back up.

CT, are you road running or on the treadmill?

Did today's run at 7 this morning and didn't realise my village was so hilly :glare:

Anyone opening their curtains at the Holiday Inn would have got a right eyeful.

Road running for me.

You're right though, you take some places for granted until you have to run up them.

I keep getting caught at the metro line's but haven't resorted to jogging on the spot as the serious folk do.

Used a mileage couch to 5k app yesterday which said total distance covered was 2.9km.

Interested to find out what changes in week 2.
