Apparently they are preparing a huge bid to take Premier League off BBC/MOTD. Any reason why he was sacked? I mean, other than the obvious. The immediate effect of the change suggests that something has gone on behind the scenes. Good riddance he was god awful. As was Townsend. Hopefully some people can be brought in with a bit more passion now and a modicum of knowledge. Won't hold my breath for Ray Hudson just yet though.
