Well he fucking should intervene - as Prime Minister surely he has the authority (and in many respects, an obligation) to act in the best interests in this scenario? I think his relationship with Coulson should be scrutinised further -I'd love to see the latter prosecuted properly as that would then mean Cameron would be in deep shit imo - of course the press would give him an easy ride on that.
