As Fish said, it'll take a wee bit to get the hang of navigating around, but all in all it's a marked improvement. TBH I knew development was needed but my job is nothing like what it was 6 years ago and I have literally no time to be paid all day to fart around with developing forums etc so hence we needed to bring someone on board to do it.
