Howmanheyman 43837 Posted October 18 Share Posted October 18 Had the flu vaccine three weeks ago and I'm completely bunged up, fucked, coughing etc, I can only imagine what I'd have been like if I hadn't had it? Last year due to circumstances I didn't get the vaccine and I was completely floored at Christmas, (I still don't know how I managed to make the dinner but had no choice really). Had a fairly distant (not just mileage) relationship for many years, but have been in touch more recently, via cards and letters. I hope we had reached some understanding. Apparently diagnosed with ameloid myeloma on 8 October and obviously went quite quickly. Not quite sure how I feel, because of the strained relationship, but feeling more down than I anticipated. He had just turned 97 and got his driver's licence for another 3 years (which is obviously a bit scary), and was expecting to see that out, so even though he was a tremendous age, it has rather come out of the blue. 15 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Told me 'nah mate that's not exempt' so I queried why at their other pharmacy I haven't paid for the last two years. Got told 'they have it wrong,you need a card' 'oh like the card I have in my hand and you're just ignoring it' Anyways.
