Usually more skill on display even if the atmosphere isnt as good. Again, that's because you're sick of watching Villa/West Brom, just as you'd be sick of watching Almeria, or Nice, or Hamburger if you'd watched them for years. Maybe, but I do think the latter teams have better 'technical' players, pass around the ball better etc which makes them a more appealing prospect for me. Does depend on the situation too of course. Personally couldn't care less what the "best" league is. Don't get the obsession some have with the Premier League being seen as "the best league in the world" (mainly in the media).
