They managed without a striker a few years ago but that was when De Bruyne guaranteed you 20+ goals a season. Just opened up hundreds of millions worth of PSR wriggle room to freshen up the squad. I dont think the likes of Isak or Osimhen function properly in their system alongside Haaland.
