wykikitoon 28572
Good appointment IMO. Not just because it takes focus off Eddie, but with his success at the U21 think its good to see him rewarded.

Howmanheyman 43967
SSN platforming Seb Coe platforming Man U getting a 100,000 stadium. Here fuck off, man. I wonder if they mentioned the £40m write off to avoid PSR which nobody else came remotely close to getting? Might as well call it MUTV.

Gemmill 63312
My main mam James Lawrence Alcott has done his 10,000 simulations of the Premier League season. There's a couple where Man United get relegated, and I think it was 50 where we win the PL. Be nice if we could combine one of those two sims.

Toonpack 15612
So if a player signs a contract extension, does their amortisation amount recalculate for the longer term ???
Gemmill 63312
They'll have a book value at the point that the extension is negotiated. That book value should be amortised across the remaining (extended) contract length. That's how I assume it will work. So, buy a player for £100m on a 5 year deal, that's a £20m amortisation charge per year. If at the end of 2 years, you extend their contract by 2 years, you have: Book value: £60m (£100m minus 2 x £20m annual amortisation charge) Newly extended contract length: 5 years (original 3 plus 2 year extension) New annual amortisation charge: £12m per year for the next 5 years.
