Thing is, the players who have been playing out of their skin lately, haven’t shown up against this poor team. WTF :(

Leicester aren’t poor. Out of form perhaps but they’ve been in and around the top 6 for years, winning a league title and an FA cup. Today was a small chance for us but they were always favourites. They’re years ahead of us.

I'd go so far as saying that this was the first time since Howe arrived that we've looked like relegation certainties on the pitch.

We weren’t up to much against Arsenal.

We need at least couple of signings of that calibre in January to stand half a chance

Well that's the catch 22 situation we find ourselves in. We need a major injection of quality, but players of that quality either won't be available in January, or won't want to come given the position in the league we'll likely be in. It's going to take some peak moneyball like signings for us to get what we need, and at the minute we don't even seem capable of hiring a DOF.

Shelvey and Joe and even a few others have been much better in our last few games. They were poor first half but we had nothing going forward. Piss poor result.

Granted the two you’ve named had improved, but look how bad they’d been. We got the result against Burnley and we played better than we had been playing but we were nowt special.Today was like it.

Agree, but still looked reasonable compared to this. Setting aside the incorrect penalty the ease with which their second and third goals were scored is what sets this well below the Arsenal game.

They looked nothing special, particularly the first half.

I would, but it was a birthday present twelve days ago off my daughter and she’s sitting next to me

I think we'll let it slide but maybe save it for its intended purpose.

Their quality shone through second half. Players like Maddison and Tielemans are in another league to anything we have

The team just has no spine at all, decent keeper and a scorer in Wilson but just nothing of any substance through the middle. Shelvey should play his part paired with someone more steely than Willock and Schar/Fern partnered with someone who isn’t a slow, thick lump of useless cunt in Lascelles. Howe probably won’t drop him as he’s our clapping a lot leader and some in the dressing room won’t like it but if we spend decently on a good CB it might be convincing enough to drop the twat. Problem is who we get at the point of where we are the first week of Jan, we are going to struggle like fuck since we apparently can’t even install a dof man.. the 0 points could have been expected today but the way we went about it is what feels like a punt in ball sack

Sorry, we’ll have to disagree. If we had played like we were capable of lately, we would have had 3 points today.

It's going to take some very smart moves to bring in the right players in January !! I realize the money is available but players chasing a massive pay cheque are not  the answer.  A top DOF is a necessity for a the January window.

They're a much better side than us. People were hopeful because they appeared to be on the slide and we looked to be building some momentum, but that all came to a screeching halt unfortunately.

With regards to attitude,we have a number of shithouses who rarely give 100% in every game.Add their lack of ability and is it any wonder we’re a shit team.Initially It looked like Lewis The Coward had been told to push forward more and to move the ball forward quicker. He ended up being as hopeless and lazy as ever.TOT today was his normal self.Poor all round, and no leadership or organisational skills on view. He’s an accident waiting to happen.Willock had another one of his no-show,disinterested games. He’s taking the piss out of the fans. He’s bringing nee nowt to the party,a pisstaker.Manquillo had a nightmare, but on a good day,not good enough.

I think the result does more than flatter them.

If the ball had been played out of defence before trying to play pug in the middle around your own box ahead of the first goal than Naddison would not have got the chance to take a dive.

Stupidly losing possession lead to their second and third goal as well.

I actually think we're a worse than we are on paper. Not a dig at Howe, he needs time, but this shouldn't be a relegated team with decent management.
