Gemmill 63312
If he plays, the one player who will be feeling closest to what we all are about his behaviour is Dan Burn, and I hope he snaps him in half.
Toonpack 15614
If we do sell him to the murderers we do it after that game. Date the contracts 27th or later.

I can't wait to see the first time he drops deep and runs into Joelinton. He'll get absolutely smashed to bits, Bruno will want a bit too.

It'll be much worse.

Alex 42163
Newcastle being the first club in the history of football who have tried to hang onto their best players whilst trying to progress. If it was one of the ‘big’ clubs the narrative would be the player and their agent were acting disgracefully and were being massively disrespectful to the institution that is Man Utd, Arsenal or Liverpool, etc

Absolutely scandalous but it keeps the likes of Romano onside which is what he's really arsed about.
toonotl 4698
I actually don't think Isak will play while the window stays open let alone against Liverpool. I think he'll have a "niggling injury" all the way until he's either sold or 1st September when the window shuts.

Turning up wearing black & white and running van Dijk ragged and scoring the winner would be fucking tremendous tbh.

Gemmill 63312
I properly hate him now like. Now that I know that he's not even training or even remotely behaving like he's still picking up a wage from the club. I really hope we can get proper replacements in so that he can be fucked off this window.

It was the stuff of fantasy. Just an aspirational thought to really stick it to the Scouse cunts. Osula with a hat-trick then.
Andrew 7485
I hope this is the making of Osula tbh, seems a good lad. He's got a top tier coach, a great set of creators around him and is almost 100% certain to get a lot of minutes early in the season regardless of whether Isak leaves or we sign someone else. If he gets a couple in the first few games this could be his break.

It's no doubt his fucking agent driving things and poorly advising him, but he's a grown man - he's able to make decisions of his own. Irrespective of what it represents to NUFC, it isn't a good reflection on him from a wider perspective. Behaving like an absolute cunt.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love for the same to happen but he's a long way from being worthy of a starting spot for a team chasing CL football. We need to have another striker in before the season starts. Probably Wissa. Because with Sesko, it looks like he won't be signing until very close to the window closing to give ManU every chance to raise the necessary funds to sign him instead. And it has to be in enough time to sign that option. So I do wonder if they don't have to give up on Sesko a bit sooner than we're currently thinking.
strawb 5433
Not the same but Marcus Rashford said he would like to leave Man Utd. He kept training but got absolutely fucking roasted by the press for like two years? Why Isak isn’t get even a bit of criticism is obviously some bias. The smelly aggregators on Twitter, and the legitimate journalists would like him to join Liverpool.

But, if I were ManU, I'd pretend to be in for Sesko for as long as possible to delay us getting him for as long as possible. For as much as we know, that's what's already happening. They'd also have more confidence they can act quickly in the last days of the window by just throwing cartel wages at someone if Sesko doesn't work out. They can also start the season with their current striker because theirs isn't refusing to play/feigning injuries (as far as I know). Hojland is shit. But at least he's available.

We can't replace Isak and Wilson with Wissa (who's not even signed yet, and if he does had all the excitement sucked out of it similar to Elanga) and the hope that Osula develops in a hurry. We give him a couple of days and if he's still umming and ahhhing/waiting on Man Utd then we set him a deadline and start preparing to sign someone else. If we fail to bring someone in it's not exaggeration to say it will be catastrophic for our season. We need to make an impression in the champion's league and qualify for Europe (preferably CL, but EL is OK if we go OK in the CL) anything less is a back slide and only makes it more difficult to progress.
