I'm not convinced that tells us very much  So is he saying there won't be a reintegration?

I cannot wait for this window to fuck off now tbh, sick of the word games and fuss about Isak now.

Follow up question:

Could Alexander Isak and Nick Woltemade play alongside one another?

Answer:

Yes.... But.... One isn't available to pick, and the other we haven't signed, so that gives it a bit of context.

What takes managers and players to the top is a desire to win. Both the manager and the players know that we have more chance of winning with Isak in the squad. If he stays his return won't be instant but I can't see any issues from the team with reintegrating him.

Howe would like to keep Isak the footballer but thinks Isak the man is a cunt. :cuppa:

This was in response to whether he has a preference on reintegrate or sell.

Might be misinterpreting, but I read that as Howe preferring to reintegrate him (a footballing preference) but has received word from above that his employment cannot continue due to him behaving like an absolute fanny.

He did confirm that he still hasn't spoken to Isak since his statement came out, so I think he's basically written the bloke off.

The problem with answering the question is that it's somewhat out of our control. If Liverpool attempt to take the piss on valuation, we might find ourselves unwilling to sell him for that reason, even if we'd like to move him on for every other reason.

Liverpool are definitely coming in for him again, lads. These are Slot's comments this morning:

"If it's true, Newcastle have signed a new No 9 and that's very nice for Eddie because Anthony Gordon is suspended and Isak has not been training.

"As always, we try to sign players who can help us. There's no reason, after the first two games, to complain, to think we need more. But if we can strengthen the squad, we will try to do that if it's for the right money and the right player.

"Let's see if we do something and if we can, what we can do."

i read that as from a football point of view he’d be in the team but as he has disrespected everyone associated with the club… DO ONE.

Aye I'd go along with that.

Basically he's a good footballer, but we can't ignore the fact he's been a giant cunt all summer and everyone now fucking hates and doesn't trust him.

I think if it was down to Howe, Isak would remain.

I think it's being taken out of Howe's hands though and that won't be the case - in essence his levels of disrespect are viewed to be to a level that is unrecoverable and his continued employment is untenable. They should sue the arse out of the cunt for breach of contract.

I think that was true prior to the statement. I'm not so sure anymore.

the cherry on top of what now looks a pretty great window would be flogging him to saudi.

sorry liverpool, we set the price and you couldn't meet it

The smart move would be to distance himself from the situation. There's no point in Howe involving himself and getting into a row with the player if he may well have to reintegrate him later down the line.

Is your position still that he's staying and will be reintegrated?

I’d be telling them £150M if the cunt doesn’t hand in transfer request £135M if he does, if he thinks he’s getting his loyalty bonus he can rot in reserves till January then sell him to Saudi

The fact he thinks he deserves a loyalty bonus tells you everything you need to know about the cunt after how he has behaved

I think the most likely outcome is as soon as we confirm the Eric, the scouse cunts will come in with a bit of around £120m + add ons.  Hopefully we knock that back as unacceptable but if the add ons take it close to £130m I think we'll eventually accept.  Maybe we can get Isak to put in the transfer request and that seals the deal.

They all think that though.  Not saying he's not a cunt but I don't think you can really cite this a strong example of it.

Well only in the sense that all players are cunts as they all think that.  Fortunately they don't all go on like he has as well.  Mind you're still getting reporters on sky sports news saying it's hypocritical saying what he's done so far is any worse than what goes on all the time in transfers.  Nowt like encouraging players to be cunts more than they are already.  Of course I've no doubt this wouldn't be their opinion if it was a player at one of their precious big 6 doing what Isak has done.
