10 points is not remotely harsh. You're so fucking lucky to have had the deduction in a season when the promoted clubs are pure dogshit.

 

The only justification they can have for it being harsh is based on a very theoretical punishment for Man City that they have determined will be less severe than theirs, despite there being no evidence at this point to support that position. Also the same with Chelsea, despite Chelsea being taken over and their new owners almost immediately copping to it since it was the Oligarch's fuck up.

 

(for the record I hope Man City's punishment is less severe as it will make this whole situation even funnier).

Hopefully the lawsuit brought on by other clubs amounts to something significant and cripples them, haven't heard anything about it since the time of the points penalty mind.

 

As for the game we'd easily dispatch this tragic lot under normal circumstances. Obviously the worry for us again is if/when the tiredness catches up with this 11. The team has done remarkably well to manage thus far but how long can they keep it up?

They are FUBAR if the four clubs claim compo off them.

 

They only have 28 days to log claims from the date of the ruling though so they don't have much time.

 

If I were in charge of any of the clubs I'd have had the claim in on day one. How much has Everton potentially cost them by being snide cunts?
