Yep. I can't remember where I heard it mentioned but someone raised the extra minutes and the enormous amount of stoppages for VAR checks as a bad combination. I think it's an idea that has some merit. More fatigue and more standing around. It's a deadly combo for soft tissue injuries.

10 men are notoriously difficult to break down, add that with our misfiring front line and it's a bad combo. Let's just hope they don't nick one on the counter as I can't see us coming back if that happens.

I'm just not buying this bad luck with injuries at this stage, or too many games. Plenty of other sides play as many games. There's something suboptimal in our training or physio, or just the way we play. Fucking sick of it.
