Couldn't get a wink of sleep until about 6, the medication I take for it didn't seem to work as it usually does. I've only just woken up in the past hour. Was absolutely miserable when I opened my eyes until I remembered that we not only won last night, but we bullied, embarrassed and ran rings round our opposition. Got a smile on my face now and ready to tackle some garden work.

A Newcastle United win could make even the most shite day feel like heaven. I adore this club. Hope yous all enjoy your Sundays. Lovely roast dinner for me later. Can't wait.

But what did YOU sing?

Loads. Some very hungover people today including me. (Also gets the wife's annual want for a karaoke session out of the way which is also a bonus).

Makes or breaks my weekend. Which is, frankly, clearly ridiculous.

Botman off to see a specialist about his back according to Howe in the post match press conference, so it doesn't sound like a little twinge that'll be sorted in a week or anything.

I’m not concerned about centre back. We still have three quality players there plus Lascelles to come in if needed for rotation

Me neither but what do you do about contract talks with this lad? He can't stay fit for more than a month.

Aye this is getting to be a concern for me, him and Thiaw are meant to be the future of our CB position but as it stands you can't rely on Botman at all. We have good options in the short term but what do we do in summer? Schar and Burn will both be 34.

He is living off the period before he got injured. If he can get back to that level then we have a world class CB on our books but Im not sure we'll ever see the same player. I hope he does though.

Here's hoping the specialists can identify the cause and have an appropriate treatment plan. The great luxury of not needing him to play with our depth means there is no need to hurry his back. Meanwhile Wissa...
